Celem proj. jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej 30 os. (30 K) wyłączonych z rynku pracy z powodu opieki nad małymi dziećmi, poprzez utworzenie i bieżące funkcjonowanie żłobka na terenie gminy Rzepin w okresie od 01.10.2018 do 30.11.2020. W ramach proj. wsparciem objętych zostanie 30 kobiet (28 biernych zawodowo, 2 bezrob.), opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3. Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: 1. Stworzenie warunków do funkcjonowania żłobka samorządowego w gminie Rzepin 2. Finansowanie przez 24 miesiące bieżącej działalności żłobka samorządowego w gminie Rzepin. Nowo powstały żłobek będzie oferował 30 wysokiej jakości miejsc. Na potrzeby jego funkcjonowania zatrudnione zostaną 4 opiekunki, 1 pielęgniarka i 1 kucharka. Żłobek będzie dostosowany do dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. Mierzalny efekt podjętej interwencji będzie wyrażony: - l-bą osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodz./wychow. dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu – 28 os.; - l-bą osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu – 2 os.; - l-bą utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 - 30 miejsc. The aim of the project is to increase professional activity of 30 people. (30 K) excluded from the labour market due to care for young children, by setting up and running a nursery in the municipality of Rzepin in the period from 01.10.2018 to 30.11.2020. 30 women (28 economically inactive, 2 unemployed) will be supported as part of the project, taking care of children under the age of 3. Tasks carried out within the framework of the project: 1. Creation of conditions for the functioning of local government nursery in the commune Rzepin 2. Financing for 24 months of the current activity of the local government nursery in the commune of Rzepin. The newly created nursery will offer 30 high-quality places. For its operation, 4 nurses, 1 nurses and 1 cook will be employed. The nursery will be adapted to children with disabilities. The measurable effect of the intervention will be expressed: — the number of people who have returned to the labour market after a child-related break, after leaving the programme – 28 persons; — the number of unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the programme – 2 persons; — l-build places of care for children up to 3-30 years.
