    Obiectivul general al proiectului este de sustinere si facilitare a accesului a cel putin 652 de angajati din regiunile slab dezvoltate ale tarii, la programe integrate si personalizate de consiliere profesionala si tutorat, de formare profesionala in sistem formal, dar si in sistem non-formal/informal, de evaluare si certificare a competentelor dobandite in alte contexte fata de cele formale, intr-o permanenta corelare cu nevoile si necesitatile pietei muncii, pentru cresterea gradului de pregatire profesionala si de calificare al acestora, in vederea asigurarii sustenabilitatii locurilor de munca ocupate. Contributia la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului si modul in care proiectul va genera un efect pozitiv pe termen lung, astfel: Proiectul va genera un efect pozitiv, atat pe termen scurt, dar mai ales pe termen lung, atat la nivelul grupului tinta, cat si la nivel local (la nivelul judetelor din regiunile de implementare) si la nivel regional (Regiunile Sud-Muntenia, Sud-Est, Centru si Vest) avand implicatii si efecte pozitive inclusiv la nivel national. Pe termen lung proiectul va produce efecte pozitive ca urmare a adaptarii activitatilor atat la specificul grupului tinta, cat si la specificului local si regional si a abordarii integrate a nevoilor membrilor sai. Primul efect pozitiv, scontat si generat pe termen lung, il reprezinta cresterea gradului de calificare, specializare si pregatire personala si profesionala pentru cel putin 652 persoane din GT, prin sustinerea, stimularea, sprijinirea, dobandirea notiunilor teoretice si practice si certificarea competentelor, aptitudinilor si a abilitatilor de baza si transversale, profesionale si non-profesionale, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea personala, profesionala si inclusiv antreprenoriala a fortei de munca la nivel local si regional, cresterea gradului de performanta, competenta, concurenta si productivitate a persoanelor angajate (inclusiv PFA si/sau Intreprinderi Individuale) care reprezinta grupul tinta al prezentului proiect, prin imbunatatirea gradului de anticipare si adaptabilitate la schimbare si la nevoile si cerintele pietei muncii, a persoanelor care activeaza in diferite intreprinderi, fapt care va genera o crestere a competitivitatii, productivitatii si a unei dezvoltari durabile la nivel local, regional si chiar national. Astfel, pe termen lung se va inregistra un efect pozitiv prin cresterea numarului de persoane pregatite personal si profesional, calificate, certificate si specializate din cadrul pietei muncii, realizandu-se o constanta corelare cu nevoile, necesitatile si cerintele pietei muncii, generand astfel o forta de munca cu un grad ridicat de calificare si specializare, fiind transpus si intr-un exemplu de bune practici demn de urmat, putand fi ulterior, multiplicat cu usurinta astfel incat putem previziona o crestere a dorintei persoanelor de a se indrepta catre dezvoltarea personala si profesionala si certificarea unor co (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to support and facilitate the access of at least 652 employees from the underdeveloped regions of the country, to integrated and personalised programs of professional counselling and tutoring, professional training in formal system, but also in a non-formal/informal system, for assessment and certification of competences acquired in other contexts compared to formal ones, in a permanent correlation with the needs and needs of the labour market, in order to increase their professional training and qualification, in order to ensure the sustainability of the jobs. Contribution to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call and how the project will generate a positive long-term effect, as follows: The project will generate a positive effect, both in the short term, but especially in the long term, both at target group level and at local level (at the level of the counties of the implementing regions) and at regional level (South-Muntenia, South-East, Centre and West regions) with positive implications and effects including at national level. In the long term, the project will produce positive effects as a result of adapting the activities to both the specifics of the target group, as well as to the local and regional specifics and the integrated approach to the needs of its members. The first positive effect, expected and generated in the long term, is to increase the degree of qualification, specialisation and personal and professional training for at least 652 people in GT, by supporting, stimulating, supporting, acquiring theoretical and practical notions and certifying basic and transversal, professional and non-professional competences, skills and abilities, thus contributing to personal development, professional and including entrepreneurial workforce at local and regional level, increasing the degree of performance, competence, competition and productivity of employed persons (including PFA and/or Individual Enterprises) representing the target group of this project, by improving the degree of anticipation and adaptability to change and to the needs and requirements of the labour market, of people working in different enterprises, which will lead to an increase in competitiveness, productivity and sustainable development at local, regional and even national level. Thus, in the long term, there will be a positive effect by increasing the number of persons trained personally and professionally, qualified, certified and specialised within the labour market, achieving a constant correlation with the needs, needs and demands of the labour market, thus generating a highly skilled and specialised workforce, being translated into an example of good practices worth following, and can be easily multiplied so that we can predict an increase in the desire of individuals to move towards personal and professional development and certification of co-authorisation (English)

    L’objectif général du projet est de soutenir et de faciliter l’accès d’au moins 652 salariés des régions sous-développées du pays, à des programmes intégrés et personnalisés de conseil et de tutorat professionnels, de formation professionnelle dans le système formel, mais aussi dans un système non formel/informel, pour l’évaluation et la certification des compétences acquises dans d’autres contextes par rapport aux contextes formels, en corrélation permanente avec les besoins et les besoins du marché du travail, afin d’accroître leur formation et leur qualification professionnelles, afin d’assurer la durabilité des emplois. Contribution à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du programme et de l’appel d’offres et de la façon dont le projet produira un effet positif à long terme, comme suit: Le projet produira un effet positif, tant à court terme qu’à long terme, tant au niveau des groupes cibles qu’au niveau local (au niveau des comtés des régions de mise en œuvre) et au niveau régional (régions du Sud-Muntenia, du Sud-Est, du Centre et de l’Ouest) avec des incidences et des effets positifs, y compris au niveau national. À long terme, le projet produira des effets positifs grâce à l’adaptation des activités aux spécificités du groupe cible, ainsi qu’aux spécificités locales et régionales et à l’approche intégrée des besoins de ses membres. Le premier effet positif, attendu et produit à long terme, est d’accroître le degré de qualification, de spécialisation et de formation personnelle et professionnelle d’au moins 652 personnes en GT, en soutenant, en stimulant, en soutenant, en acquérant des notions théoriques et pratiques et en certifiant les compétences, les aptitudes et les aptitudes de base et transversales, professionnelles et non professionnelles, contribuant ainsi au développement personnel, professionnel et incluant la main-d’œuvre entrepreneuriale au niveau local et régional, en augmentant le niveau de performance et de compétence, concurrence et productivité des personnes occupées (y compris PFA et/ou des entreprises individuelles) représentant le groupe cible de ce projet, en améliorant le degré d’anticipation et de capacité d’adaptation au changement et aux besoins et exigences du marché du travail des personnes travaillant dans différentes entreprises, ce qui permettra d’accroître la compétitivité, la productivité et le développement durable au niveau local, régional et même national. Ainsi, à long terme, il y aura un effet positif en augmentant le nombre de personnes formées personnellement et professionnellement, qualifiées, certifiées et spécialisées sur le marché du travail, en établissant une corrélation constante avec les besoins, les besoins et les exigences du marché du travail, générant ainsi une main-d’œuvre hautement qualifiée et spécialisée, se traduisant en un exemple de bonnes pratiques qui méritent d’être suivies, et peut être facilement multipliée afin que l’on puisse prédire une augmentation de la volonté des individus d’évoluer vers le développement personnel et professionnel et la certification de co-autorisation.
