Imbunatatirea competentelor sau certificarea competentelor dobandite pe alte cai pentru 1060 de persoane tineri NEETs someri cu vârsta cuprinsă între 16-29 ani, inregistrati si profilati de SPO, care beneficiază de sprijin si ocuparea a minim 456 dintre acestia. Obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie la integrarea durabilă pe piața muncii a tinerilor care nu au un loc de muncă, educație sau formare, inclusiv a tinerilor cu risc de excluziune socială și a tinerilor din comunitățile marginalizate, inclusiv prin iImbunatatirea competentelor sau certificarea competentelor dobandite pe alte cai pentru 1060 de persoane tineri NEETs someri cu vârsta cuprinsă între 16-29 ani, inregistrati si profilati de SPO, care beneficiază de sprijin si ocuparea a minim 456 dintre acestia. In cadrul proiectului sunt dezvoltate competente prin programe de initiere, perfectionare si calificare de interes in regiunile proiectului, precum si in competente antreprenoriale, de asemenea sunt validate competente dobandite pe alte cai pentru participanti in GT al proiectului, avand ca scop final imbunatatirea insertiei acestora pe piata muncii si cresterea gradului de ocupare prin activitati de informare, consiliere si mediere, organizare burse de locuri de munca, etc. precum si prin prin sustinerea infiintarii de intreprinderi inovative, auto-ocuparea si crearea de locuri de munca durabile. Pr participa la promovarea unei ocupari sustenabilie si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijina mobilitatea fortei de munca prin crest nivelului de cunostinte/ competente, si asigurarea unei crest a mobilitatii transnationale a fortei de munca, in acord cu Ob tematic 8 al POCU. De asemenea, caracterul si recunoasterea internationala a cursurilor participa la sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca. Scopul proiectului urmeaza sa fie atins prin oferirea de progr de formare precum si evaluare a compet prin care se va asigura cresterea competentelor si/sau calif si a incluziunii participand la integrarea durabila pe piata muncii a tinerilor NEETs someri, reducerea numarului de tineri aflati in risc de excluziune sociala si a tinerilor aflati in situatii vulberabile, reducerea numarului de someri, inclusiv din zone rurale si de etnie roma, in conformitate cu prevederile Str Nat de ocupare a forței de muncă 2014-2020, Pl de implem a Garantiei pt Tineret 2017-2020, Str Guv Ro de incluziune a cetatenilor romani apartinand minoritatilor Romilor 2015-2020, Str nat de invat pe tot parc vietii 2015-2020. Un plus valoare va fi realizat prin promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea saraciei si a oricarei forme de discriminare si consolidarea capacitatii intreprinderilor de a functiona intr-o maniera auto-sustenabila prin infiint a 53 intrep, crearea a minim 53 loc munca in cadrul acestora, cursuri de formare profesionala pentru minim 960 persoane si anjagarea a min 456 persoane din cei 1060 implicati in proiect, certificarea competențelor profesionale obținute pe alte căi decât cele fo (Romanian)

Improving skills or certifying skills acquired on other paths for 1060 unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered and profiled by SPO, who benefit from support and employment of at least 456 of them. The general objective of the project contributes to the sustainable integration into the labour market of young people not in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities, including by improving skills or certifying skills acquired on other paths for 1060 unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered and profiled by SPO, who benefit from support and employment of at least 456 of them. Within the project, competences are developed through initiation, improvement and qualification programs of interest in the project regions, as well as in entrepreneurial skills, also validated skills acquired on other paths for participants in the GT of the project, with the ultimate aim of improving their insertion into the labour market and increasing their employment through information, counselling and mediation activities, organising job scholarships, etc., as well as by supporting the establishment of innovative enterprises, self-employment and the creation of sustainable jobs. PR participates in promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility through increased knowledge/competence, and ensuring a growth of transnational labour mobility, in line with POCU Thematic Ob 8. Also, the international character and recognition of the courses participate in supporting labour mobility. The aim of the project is to be achieved by providing training as well as a competition assessment that will ensure the increase of skills and/or caliph and inclusion by participating in the sustainable integration of unemployed NEETs into the labour market, reducing the number of young people at risk of social exclusion and young people in vulberable situations, reducing the number of unemployed persons, including from rural and Roma areas, in accordance with the provisions of Str Nat for Employment 2014-2020, Pl implemment of the Youth Guarantee 2017-2020, Str Guv Ro on the inclusion of Romanian citizens belonging to Roma minorities 2015-2020, Str nat de learning throughout the park of life 2015-2020. Added value will be achieved by promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination and strengthening the ability of enterprises to operate in a self-sustainable manner through the establishment of 53 participants, creating a minimum of 53 jobs within them, training courses for at least 960 people and engaging min 456 people out of the 1060 involved in the project, certification of professional skills acquired through paths other than those (English)

Amélioration des compétences ou certification des compétences acquises sur d’autres parcours pour 1060 NEET sans emploi âgés de 16 à 29 ans, inscrits et identifiés par la SPO, qui bénéficient d’un soutien et d’un emploi d’au moins 456 d’entre eux. L’objectif général du projet contribue à l’intégration durable sur le marché du travail des jeunes qui ne suivent pas d’emploi, d’éducation ou de formation, y compris les jeunes exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale et les jeunes issus de communautés marginalisées, y compris par l’amélioration des compétences ou la certification des compétences acquises sur d’autres parcours pour 1060 NEET sans emploi âgés de 16 à 29 ans, inscrits et profilés par la SPO, qui bénéficient d’un soutien et d’un emploi d’au moins 456 d’entre eux. Dans le cadre du projet, les compétences sont développées par des programmes d’initiation, d’amélioration et de qualification présentant un intérêt dans les régions du projet, ainsi que des compétences entrepreneuriales, ainsi que des compétences validées sur d’autres parcours pour les participants au GT du projet, dans le but ultime d’améliorer leur insertion sur le marché du travail et d’accroître leur emploi par des activités d’information, de conseil et de médiation, l’organisation de bourses d’emploi, etc., ainsi qu’en soutenant la création d’entreprises innovantes, le travail indépendant et la création d’emplois durables. Les relations publiques participent à la promotion d’emplois durables et de qualité et au soutien de la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre grâce à une meilleure connaissance/compétence et à une croissance de la mobilité transnationale de la main-d’œuvre, conformément à l’objectif thématique 8 du POCU. En outre, le caractère international et la reconnaissance des cours participent au soutien de la mobilité de la main-d’œuvre. L’objectif du projet est de fournir une formation ainsi qu’une évaluation du concours qui garantira l’augmentation des compétences et/ou du calife et l’inclusion en participant à l’intégration durable des NEET sans emploi sur le marché du travail, en réduisant le nombre de jeunes exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale et de jeunes dans des situations vulgaires, en réduisant le nombre de chômeurs, y compris dans les zones rurales et roms, conformément aux dispositions de Str Nat pour l’emploi 2014-2020, Pl implemment of the Youth Guarantee 2017-2020, Str Guv Ro sur l’inclusion des citoyens roumains appartenant à des minorités roms 2015-2020, Str nat de learning tout au long du parc de la vie 2015-2020. La valeur ajoutée sera obtenue par la promotion de l’inclusion sociale, la lutte contre la pauvreté et toute forme de discrimination et le renforcement de la capacité des entreprises à opérer de manière autonome grâce à l’établissement de 53 participants, à la création d’un minimum de 53 emplois au sein de ces entreprises, à la formation d’au moins 960 personnes et à l’engagement de 456 personnes sur les 1060 participants au projet, à la certification des compétences professionnelles acquises par des parcours autres que ceux (French)
