Inwestycja polega na zagospodarowaniu terenu parku miejskiego przy ulicy Nakielskiej w Szubinie z budową modułowej automatycznej toalety publicznej wraz z zapleczem i instalacjami. Obszar oddziaływania obiektów obejmuje działki nr 30/58 i 30/60 w Szubinie. Teren działki jest zróżnicowany pod względem wysokości terenu, obecnie niezabudowany użytkowany zgodnie z przeznaczeniem jako park miejski. Teren mocno zadrzewiony z pomnikami przyrody, w centrum sadzawka o powierzchni 3600m2. Znajdujące się ścieżki wytyczone są przez użytkowników terenu. W parku znajdują się nieliczne obiekty małej architektury w złym stanie technicznym. Planowany projekt obejmuje budowę między innymi:- obiektu sanitarnego z zapleczem wraz z instalacją wodociągową, kanalizacyjną, energetyczną- ogrodzenie placu zabaw dla dzieci- siłowni zewnętrznej- ścieżek i placu pieszego- dwóch pomostów i mostku przy sadzawce wraz z umocnieniem brzegu- ogrodzenie wybiegu dla psów- małej architektury ( pojemniki na odpady, stojaki na rowery, ławki parkowe, stołów do gry w szachy)- oświetlenia terenu wraz z monitoringiem terenu- ścieżka edukacyjna z elementami dydaktycznymiRealizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy stanu parku i stworzenia wyjątkowej przestrzeni publicznej dostępnej dla mieszkańców i osób zwiedzających miasto Szubin. The investment consists of the development of the urban park at Nakielska Street in Szubin with the construction of a modular automatic public toilet with facilities and installations. The area of impact of the objects includes plots Nos 30/58 and 30/60 in Szubin. The area of the plot is varied in terms of the height of the area, currently unbuilt for use as a city park. The area is heavily wooded with natural monuments, in the centre a pond with an area of 3600 m². The paths are set by the site’s users. In the park there are few buildings of small architecture in poor technical condition. The planned project includes the construction of inter alia:- sanitary facility with facilities with water supply, sewage, energy- fence of children’s playground- outdoor gym- paths and pedestrian area- two bridges and bridge by the pool along with strengthening of the shore- fence of the runway for dogs- small architecture (carcases for waste, bicycle stands, park pathway, monitoring of the area of the area of chess lighting) (English)

L’investissement consiste dans le développement du parc urbain de la rue Nakielska à Szubin avec la construction d’une toilette publique automatique modulaire avec installations et installations. La zone d’impact des installations comprend les parcelles nos 30/58 et 30/60 à Szubin. La superficie de la parcelle est différenciée en termes de terrain, qui n’est actuellement pas construit en tant que parc urbain. Le projet prévoit la construction, entre autres:- d’une installation sanitaire avec des installations d’approvisionnement en eau, d’assainissement, d’énergie- aire de jeux pour les enfants- d’une salle de gym extérieure- de sentiers piétonniers- de deux jetées et d’un pont au bord de la piscine avec fortification du rivage- d’une clôture pour chiens- petite architecture (conteneurs de déchets, stands cyclables, bancs de parc, tables d’échecs)- éclairage du terrain avec surveillance du terrain — chemin éducatif avec éléments pédagogiquesLe projet améliorera l’état du parc et créera un espace public unique accessible aux résidents et aux visiteurs de la ville.
