Projekt pn. "Poprawa dostępności do kultury- przebudowa Domu Kultury w Ostrowitem" realizowana będzie w miejscowości Ostrowite, wsi sołeckiej gminy Brzuze , położonej w województwie kujawsko- pomorskim. Inwestycja zlokalizowana została na działce nr 194/10, a Beneficjentem przedsięwzięcia jest Gmina Brzuze. Głównymi interesariuszami przedmiotowej inwestycji są mieszkańcy miejscowości Ostrowite i Gminy Brzuze, korzystający z obecnych zasobów. Ponadto zainteresowanymi odbiorcami są także władze samorządowe, dążące do zapewnienia mieszkańcom wysokiej jakości dóbr kulturalnych i równego do nich dostępu. Inwestycja oddziaływać będzie w zasięgu lokalnym i regionalnym. Projekt dotyczy przebudowy części budynku Domu Kultury w miejscowości Ostrowite, polegającego na powiększeniu hallu wewnętrznego, wydzieleniu szatni oraz remontu wewnętrznej sali wielofunkcyjnej wraz z pomieszczeniami związanymi z nią funkcjonalnie. Ponadto roboty budowlane mające doprowadzić do stanu wykończeniowego wraz z robotami elektrycznymi i sanitarnymi, w odniesieniu do instalacji nagłaśniającej i wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno- wywiewnej. Dodatkowo w ramach projektu zaplanowano zmianę funkcji pomieszczenia biblioteki wraz z nadaniem im nowej funkcji, która odpowiadać będzie dzisiejszym uwarunkowaniom. W ramach prac związanych z pomieszczeniami bibliotecznymi przeprowadzony zostanie remont w zakresie robót budowlanych, i elektrycznych. W zakresie rzeczowym projektu Beneficjent przewiduje:- roboty budowlane wewnętrzne, polegające na przebudowie wnętrza istniejącego budynku i dostosowania go do dzisiejszych uwarunkowań, poprzez prace remontowe i instalacyjne, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, doprowadzając do stanu wykończeniowego- zagospodarowanie terenu wraz z robotami zewnętrznymi odnoszącego się do dokończenia ocieplania budynku, remontu istniejących podestów i chodników, a także budowy podjazdu dla niepełnosprawnych wraz z remontem gazonów;- promocję projektu,- nasadzenie zieleni, (Polish)

Project Mon. “Improving accessibility to culture – reconstruction of the House of Culture in Ostrowit” will be implemented in Ostrowite, the village of the village of Brzuze commune, located in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The investment was located on plot No 194/10 and the beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Brzuze. The main stakeholders of the investment are residents of Ostrowite and Brzuze commune, using current resources. The project concerns the reconstruction of part of the building of the House of Culture in Ostrowite, consisting of enlarging the inner hall, separating the locker room and renovating the internal multifunctional hall together with the rooms connected with it functionally. In addition, construction works designed to achieve finishing with electrical and sanitary works, with regard to the sound system and mechanical ventilation, ventilating and exhaust. In addition, the project plans to change the function of the library room with a new function, which will correspond to today’s conditions. As part of the work related to the library premises, renovations will be carried out in the field of construction, and electrical works. Within the scope of the project, the beneficiary envisages:- internal construction works, consisting of rebuilding the interior of an existing building and adapting it to today’s conditions, through renovation and installation works, replacement of the door and window carpentry, leading to a finishing state – the development of the area with external works relating to completion of the insulation of the building, renovation of existing platforms and pavements, as well as the construction of a ramp for the disabled, along with the renovation of us gas; (English)

Projet intitulé «Amélioration de l’accessibilité à la culture — Reconstruction de la Maison de la Culture à Ostrowite» sera réalisée à Ostrowite, un village de la municipalité de Sołecka de Brzuze, situé dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie. L’investissement était situé sur la parcelle no 194/10 et le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Brzuze. Les principaux acteurs de l’investissement sont les habitants de l’Ostrowite et de la commune de Brzuze, qui bénéficient des ressources actuelles. En outre, les collectivités locales et régionales sont également intéressées à fournir aux citoyens des biens culturels de qualité et un accès égal à ces biens. L’investissement aura un impact local et régional. Le projet concerne la reconstruction d’une partie du bâtiment de la Maison de la Culture en Ostrowite, consistant en l’extension de la salle intérieure, la séparation du vestiaire et la rénovation de la salle multifonctionnelle intérieure ainsi que les salles qui lui sont associées fonctionnellement. En outre, les travaux de construction destinés à conduire à un état de finition, ainsi que des travaux électriques et sanitaires, en ce qui concerne le système d’urgence et la ventilation mécanique du système d’alimentation en air. En outre, le projet prévoit de modifier les fonctions de la salle de bibliothèque avec une nouvelle fonction, qui correspondra aux conditions d’aujourd’hui. Dans le cadre des travaux liés aux locaux de la bibliothèque, des rénovations seront effectuées dans le domaine de la construction et des travaux électriques. En ce qui concerne le champ d’application matériel du projet, le bénéficiaire prévoit:- des travaux de construction interne consistant à reconstruire l’intérieur d’un bâtiment existant et à l’adapter aux conditions actuelles, par des travaux de rénovation et d’installation, le remplacement de la menuiserie des portes et des fenêtres, conduisant à un état de finition- l’aménagement du terrain par des travaux extérieurs liés à l’achèvement de l’isolation du bâtiment, la rénovation des plates-formes et des trottoirs existants, ainsi que la construction d’une allée pour les handicapés ainsi que la rénovation des gazons;- la promotion du projet,- la plantation de verdure, (French)
