Projekt dotyczy przeprowadzenia głębokiej kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej tj. szkoły- Gimnazjum nr 1 w Koronowie, zlokalizowanej na działce nr 1047/82 przy ul. Pomianowskiego 16. Działania zaplanowane w ramach projektu to: a) docieplenie ścian budynku: ścian fundamentowych; ścian zewnętrznych oraz wykonanie elewacji budynku, montaż oświetlenia zewnętrznego wraz z instalacją zasilającą, obróbki blacharskie, a także wykonanie instalacji odgromowej i montaż budek lęgowych dla ptaków; b) docieplenie stopodachu budynku; c) wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wraz z montażem nowych parapetów i aluminiowych rolet zewnętrznych; d) modernizacja instalacji c.o. budynku; e) modernizacja instalacji wentylacji budynku ; f) wymiana węzła c.o. budynku; g) remont zaplecza sali gimnastycznej; h) wykonanie robót zewnętrznych m.in. budowa nowych schodów zewnętrznych, montaż nowych balustrad, daszków nad wejściami oraz wykonanie opaski żwirowej; i) termomodernizacja części mieszkalnej budynku; j) rozbiórka komina. Dzięki realizacji projektu zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna budynku o 52,22%, co przełoży się na zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacyjnych w zakresie ogrzewania budynku oraz zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza (dwutlenku siarki, tlenku azotu, pyłów, dwutlenku węgla). The project concerns carrying out a deep comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building, i.e. the school – Junior High School No. 1 in Koronów, located on plot No. 1047/82 at ul. Pomianowski 16. The activities planned under the project are: warming of the walls of the building: foundation walls; exterior walls and construction of the building’s façade, external lighting installation with power supply, metalworking, lightning installation and installation of nesting booths for birds; the warming of the building’s alloy; C) Replacement of window and door carpentry including installation of new window sills and aluminium outdoor blinds; d) Modernisation of the central heating system of the building; e) Modernisation of the ventilation system of the building; replacement of the central node of the building; g) overhaul of the gym; h) execution of external works, including construction of new external stairs, installation of new balustrades, roofs above the entrances and construction of gravel band; thermal modernisation of the residential part of the building; J) demolition of the chimney. The project will increase the energy efficiency of the building by 52.22 %, which will result in reduced operating costs for heating the building and reducing emissions of air pollutants (sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, dust, carbon dioxide). Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre d’une modernisation énergétique complète du bâtiment d’utilité publique, c’est-à-dire l’école-gymnasium no 1 à Koronów, situé sur la parcelle no 1047/82 à ul. Pomianowski 16. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes: a) isolation des murs du bâtiment: les murs de fondation; les murs extérieurs et les façades des bâtiments, l’installation d’éclairage extérieur avec alimentation électrique, le traitement des tôles, ainsi que l’installation de foudres et l’installation de cabines d’élevage pour oiseaux; B) isolation thermique du bâtiment; C) remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes par l’installation de nouveaux seuils de fenêtre et stores extérieurs en aluminium; D) modernisation de l’installation centrale du bâtiment; modernisation du système de ventilation du bâtiment; F) le remplacement de la plaque tournante du bâtiment; G) révision de la salle de sport; h) l’exécution de travaux extérieurs, par exemple la construction de nouveaux escaliers extérieurs, l’installation de nouvelles garde-corps, les auvents au-dessus des entrées et la construction de bandes de gravier; thermomodernisation de la partie résidentielle du bâtiment; J) démolition de la cheminée. Le projet augmentera l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment de 52,22 %, en réduisant les coûts d’exploitation du chauffage du bâtiment et en réduisant les émissions de polluants atmosphériques (dioxyde de soufre, oxyde nitrique, poussières, dioxyde de carbone).
