Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i przebudowa budynku starej szkoły w Lutowie obejmująca adaptację obiektu na potrzeby aktywizacji społecznej, mający na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Sępólno Krajeńskie.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Lutowo, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku o dofinansowanie.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Lutowo na działkach nr 23, 545, 125.Głównym problemem jest brak infrastruktury przeznaczonej na potrzeby integracji oraz rozwoju kompetencji społecznych.Głównym celem jest utworzenie infrastruktury przeznaczonej na potrzeby integracji oraz rozwoju kompetencji społecznych.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.b) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 0 szt.c) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt.d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,1 haPlanowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 250 osób (w tym 50 z OR)Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. The subject of the project is the renovation and reconstruction of the old school building in February, including adaptation of the facility for social activation, aimed at restoring the degraded space identified in the Local Regeneration Programme of the Sępólno Krajeńskie commune. Le projet a pour objet la rénovation et la reconstruction de l’ancien bâtiment scolaire de Lutów, y compris l’adaptation de l’installation d’activation sociale, visant à renouveler l’espace dégradé identifié dans le programme de revitalisation locale de la municipalité de Sępólno Krajeńskie. Le bénéficiaire du projet est la municipalité de Sępólno Krajeńskie. Il convient toutefois de noter qu’en raison de la nature de l’investissement, les bénéficiaires finaux devraient inclure les parties prenantes de la revitalisation, notamment la communauté locale, c’est-à-dire les habitants du village de Lutowo, car ils bénéficieront le plus de la mise en œuvre de l’investissement couvert par cette demande de financement.
