Le poste en contrat aidé est une étape préalable à l'emploi classique qui permet au participant PLIE de valider son projet professionnel et de construire ainsi les étapes nécessaires à un retour à l'emploi. La Ville de Blanquefort accueille des personnes en contrat aidés pour les accompagner dans la découverte et la professionnalisation de différents métiers (animation, entretien ménager, communication...). Véritable SAS vers l'emploi, cet outil permet d'amener le participant vers une insertion professionnelle durable. La collectivité y collabore en confiant au participant des tâches permettant de contribuer à l'insertion sociale et profesionnelle de celui-ci. Le tuteur, présent au quotidien auprès du salarié en contrat aidé, participe à cette action en facilitant l'intégration de la personne et en organisant ses tâches pour une meilleure acquisition des savoirs professionnels. Die unterstützte Stelle ist ein Schritt vor der klassischen Beschäftigung, der es dem PLIE-Teilnehmer ermöglicht, sein berufliches Projekt zu validieren und so die notwendigen Schritte für eine Rückkehr in die Beschäftigung aufzubauen. Die Stadt Blanquefort empfängt Personen, die im Vertrag unterstützt werden, um sie bei der Entdeckung und Professionalisierung verschiedener Berufe (Animation, Haushaltspflege, Kommunikation usw.) zu unterstützen. Dieses Instrument ist ein echtes SAS in Richtung Beschäftigung und ermöglicht es, den Teilnehmer in eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung zu bringen. Die Gemeinschaft arbeitet dabei zusammen, indem sie dem Teilnehmer Aufgaben anvertraut, die zur sozialen und beruflichen Eingliederung des Teilnehmers beitragen. Der Tutor, der täglich bei dem Mitarbeiter mit einem unterstützten Vertrag anwesend ist, nimmt an dieser Aktion teil, indem er die Integration der Person erleichtert und seine Aufgaben für eine bessere berufliche Bildung organisiert.
