Projekt dot. wdrożenia wyników samodzielnie przeprowadz. w I kw.2016r. prac bad.-rozw. przez pracownikówZW CHEKO Sp.z o.o. polegających na przebadaniu możliwości zastosowania dostępnej na rynku technologii wtrysku tworzywa gazem (MuCell) do branży produkcji opakowań cienkościennych z tworzyw sztucznych,której przedstawicielem jest Wnioskodawca. Przeprowadzone prace badawcze (badania mechaniczne w postaci badań wytrzymałościowych,badań w zakresie rozciągania,badania struktury) potwierdziły możliwość wykorzyst. technologii MuCell i jej zastosowania do produkcji wyrobów cienkościennych (opakowań) z tworzyw sztucznych (polipropylenu-PP) w ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. Wobec powyższego poprzez realizację niniejsz. projektu Wnioskod. wdroży wyniki przeprowadz. prac B+R,a tym samym technologię MuCell (polegającą na wtrysku tworzywa w postaci polipropylenu-PP z wykorzystaniem gazu) do swojej produkcji,przez co uzyska efekt zasadn. zmiany procesu produkcji (polegający na zmianie wszystkich parametrów produkcji) oraz dywersyfikacji działalności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty znacząco ulepszonych produktów końcowych w postaci opakowań z PP.Wyniki ww.badań,które zawarto w Raporcie z dn.27.03.2016r. (Zał.nr 14.2 do Wn. o dof.) potwierdziły zasadność i użyteczność przyjętej przez Wnioskodawcę koncepcji technolog. polegającej na zastosow. ww. technologii (MuCell) w produkcji opakowań cienkościennych (pojemników o pojemn. 1,3,10 i 20l.) . Powyższe działanie znalazło efekt poprzez złożony przez Wnioskodawcę w dn.12.10.2016r. do Urz.Patent. RP Wniosek o udziel. patentu na wynalazek w postaci pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (przeznaczonego do pakowania artykułów spożywcz., chemicz. i budowl.) i sposobu wytwarzania pojemnika z tworzywa sztucznego (Zgłosz. patent. w Zał.nr14.4 do Wn.odof.). W celu realizacji nin. zamierzenia ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o. dokona zakupu nowoczes. urządzeń (określ.w Zał. nr5 do Wn.odof./w sekcji H Wn.odof.),co pozwoli wdrożyć ww. innowację procesową i produktową. Carried out research works (mechanical tests in the form of endurance tests, tests in the scope of stretching, testing of structure) confirmed the possibility of using MuCell technology and its use for the manufacture of thin-walled products (packaging) plastics (polypropylene-PP) in ZW CHEKO Sp. z o.o., therefore, by the implementation of the production of the products by the production of the products by the application. (No.14.2 to Jn. on DOF) confirmed the validity and usefulness of the concept of technology adopted by the Applicant to use the above-mentioned technology (MuCell) in the manufacture of thin-walled packaging (capacity containers). 1,3,10 and 20 l.). Le projet concernant la mise en œuvre des résultats sera réalisé par les employés de ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. au cours du premier trimestre de 2016 par des employés de ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., qui consiste à examiner la possibilité d’appliquer la technologie disponible sur le marché de la technologie d’injection de gaz (MuCell) à la fabrication d’emballages en plastique à paroi mince, dont le représentant est la requérante. Les travaux de recherche réalisés (essais mécaniques sous forme d’essais de résistance, essais de traction, essais de structure) ont confirmé la possibilité d’utiliser la technologie MuCell et son application à la production de produits à paroi mince (emballage) de matières plastiques (polypropylène-PP) dans ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o. Par conséquent, grâce à la mise en œuvre de ce projet, l’application mettra en œuvre les résultats des travaux de R & D, et donc la technologie MuCell (qui consiste en l’injection de plastiques sous forme de polypropylène-PP avec l’utilisation de gaz) à sa production, ce qui obtiendra l’effet d’une modification du processus de production (consistent au processus de production). (Annexe no 14.2 à Wn. sur le dof.) a confirmé la validité et l’utilité du concept de technologie adopté par la requérante, consistant en l’utilisation de la technologie susmentionnée (MuCell) dans la production d’emballages à paroi mince (conteneurs de capacité). 1,3,10 et 20 ans). L’action ci-dessus a trouvé un effet par les observations présentées par la requérante à l’Office des brevets le 10 décembre 2016. RP Demande de brevet pour une invention sous la forme d’un récipient en plastique (conçu pour l’emballage de denrées alimentaires, de produits chimiques et de structures) et de la méthode de fabrication du récipient en plastique (demande de brevet figurant à l’annexe 14.4 à Wn.odof.). Afin de réaliser l’intention de ZW Cheko Sp. z o.o., elle achètera des équipements modernes (tels que spécifiés à l’annexe no 5 du Wn.odof/dans la section H du Wn.odof), ce qui permettra la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de procédé et de produit susmentionnée.
