Przedmiot projekt polega na zakupie i wdrożeniu systemu GREENTEST, dzięki któremu możliwe będzie przeprowadzanie kompleksowych zautomatyzowanych audytów środowiskowych w przedsiębiorstwach. System umożliwiać będzie przedsiębiorcy zbadanie funkcjonowania jego działalności pod kątem spełnienia wymogów z zakresu ochrony środowiska naturalnego. System GREENTEST oferować będzie przeprowadzenie dwóch rodzajów audytów środowiskowych: audytu na zgodność z polskimi przepisami środowiskowymi oraz audytu na zgodność z międzynarodową normą zarządzania środowiskowego ISO 14001. Zautomatyzowany audyt na tle tradycyjnych audytów środowiskowych będzie charakteryzował się między innymi niższą ceną, mniejszą czasochłonnością, a nawet lepszą jakością, gdyż będzie opierać się na szeregu publikacji, analiz oraz wiedzy eksperckiej z różnych źródeł. Projekt wprowadzi innowację produktową poprzez zaoferowanie nieistniejącej dotychczas na rynku usługi elektronicznej zautomatyzowanego audytu środowiskowego. Ponadto wraz z realizacją projektu dojdzie do wdrożenia innowacji procesowej poprzez rozpoczęcie świadczenia usługi audytu s´rodowiskowego w sposo´b dotychczas niespotykany, kto´ry pozwoli na obniz˙enie jej kosztu oraz skro´cenie czasu. Do czynniko´w decyduja?cych o innowacyjnos´ci proponowanej usługi elektronicznej nalez˙y zaliczyc´ wykorzystanie dotychczas niestosowanych w tym zakresie rozwia?zan´ programistycznych pozwalaja?cych na nadanie usłudze funkcjonalnos´ci odro´z˙niaja?cych ja? od usług tradycyjnych. Jednym z tych rozwia?zan´ be?dzie moduł wnioskuja?cy realizuja?cy proces analizy oraz zalecaja?cy okres´lone działania koryguja?ce wykryte niezgodnos´ci. Opiera sie? on na zagadnieniach z dziedziny sztucznej inteligencji jakimi sa? systemy eksperckie i inz˙ynieria wiedzy. Projekt daje możliwość szczególnie mniej zamożnym przedsiębiorstwom, które chcą działać społecznie odpowiedzialnie na zbadanie funkcjonowania firmy pod kątem ochrony środowiska naturalnego. (Polish)

The subject matter of the project is the purchase and implementation of the GREENTEST system, thanks to which it will be possible to carry out comprehensive automated environmental audits in companies. The system will enable the entrepreneur to examine the functioning of its activities in terms of meeting environmental requirements. GREENTEST will offer two types of environmental audits: audit for compliance with Polish environmental regulations and audit for compliance with the international environmental management standard ISO 14001. Automated audits against the background of traditional environmental audits will be characterised by, among other things, lower prices, less time-consuming and even better quality, as it will be based on a range of publications, analyses and expertise from different sources. The project will introduce product innovation by offering an electronic automated environmental audit service that has not yet existed on the market. In addition, with the implementation of the project, process innovation will be implemented by launching an environmental audit service in a way previously unprecedented, which will reduce its cost and reduce time. The factors determining the innovativeness of the proposed electronic service include the use of previously unused software solutions allowing the service to be deviated from traditional services. One of these solutions will be a module applying the process of analysis and recommending periodic corrective actions detected inconsistencies. It is based on the issues of artificial intelligence, such as expert systems and knowledge engineering. The project offers the possibility of particularly less prosperous enterprises that want to be socially responsible to investigate the operation of the company in terms of environmental protection. L’objet du projet est l’achat et la mise en œuvre du système greentest, grâce auquel il sera possible d’effectuer des audits environnementaux automatisés complets dans les entreprises. Le système permettra à l’entrepreneur d’examiner le fonctionnement de ses activités afin de répondre aux exigences en matière de protection de l’environnement. Le système Greentest proposera deux types d’audits environnementaux: audit sur le respect de la réglementation environnementale polonaise et sur le respect de la norme internationale de gestion environnementale ISO 14001. L’audit automatisé par rapport aux audits environnementaux traditionnels sera caractérisé, entre autres, par des prix plus bas, moins de temps et encore une meilleure qualité, car il sera basé sur un certain nombre de publications, d’analyses et d’expertise provenant de différentes sources. Le projet introduira l’innovation des produits en offrant un service électronique automatisé d’audit environnemental qui n’existe pas encore sur le marché. En outre, avec la mise en œuvre du projet, une innovation de processus sera mise en œuvre en commençant à fournir des services d’audit environnemental d’une manière sans précédent jusqu’à présent, ce qui permettra de réduire ses coûts et de réduire son temps. Les facteurs déterminant l’innovation du service électronique proposé comprennent l’utilisation de solutions logicielles qui n’ont pas encore été utilisées dans ce domaine, ce qui permet au service d’être réversible par rapport aux services traditionnels. L’une de ces solutions sera un module demandant un processus d’analyse et recommandant une période de mesures correctives détectées. Il est basé sur des questions liées à l’IA, telles que les systèmes experts et l’ingénierie des connaissances. Le projet donne la possibilité à des entreprises particulièrement moins prospères qui veulent agir de manière socialement responsable pour examiner le fonctionnement de l’entreprise en termes de protection de l’environnement.
