Projekt jest składany w partnerstwie Fundacji Równi, choć Różni ze Stowarzyszeniem Mała Szkoła w Rogoźnicy, które jest organem prowadzącym Szkołę Podstawową w Rogoźnicy. Liderem projektu jest Fundacja, a Partnerem Stowarzyszenie. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji kluczowych z zakresu nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, języka angielskiego, TIK, właściwych postaw: kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej u min. 80% z 60 uczniów (27dz, 33ch) Szkoły Podstawowej w Rogoźnicy objętych programem, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, zwłaszcza ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz zwiększenie dostępu do informacji o rynku pracy poprzez utworzenie szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery i wzrost kompetencji TIK u 11 nauczycieli (10K, 1M) Szkoły w terminie od 15 lutego 2019 do 30 czerwca 2020. Cel będzie realizowany poprzez przeprowadzenie zajęć matematycznych, przyrodniczych (fizyka, biologia+geografia), z j.angielskiego, TIK, warsztatów z właściwych postaw: kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej: tanecznych i dziennikarskich, logopedii, terapii biofeedback, gimnastyki korekcyjno-kompensacyjnej, terapii psychologicznej oraz TIK dla wszystkich nauczycieli placówki. Powstanie Punkt Informacji i Kariery. Zakupione będą pomoce i materiały, sprzęt TIK.Rezultatami będzie wzrost kompetencji kluczowych uczniów z kompetencji objętych programem, nauczyciele będą wykorzystywać kompetencje TIK w nauczaniu przedmiotowym, Szkoła będzie wykorzystywać zakupiony do projektu nowoczesny sprzęt TIK i pomoce do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych. The project is submitted in partnership of the Equal Foundation, although Various with the Association of Small School in Rogoźnica, which is the body running the Primary School in Rogoźnica. The project leader is the Foundation and the Partner of the Association. The main objective of the project is to increase key competences in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences, English, ICT, the right attitudes: creativity, innovation and teamwork at least 80 % of the 60 pupils (27dz, 33ch) of the primary school in Rogoźnica covered by the programme, taking into account the individual approach to the pupil, especially with special educational needs and increasing access to labour market information through the creation of a School Information and Career Point and an increase in ICT skills in 11 teachers (10K, 1M) of the School from 15 February 2019 to 30 June 2020. The goal will be realised by conducting mathematical, natural science classes (physics, biology+geography), from English, ICT, workshops with the right attitudes: creativity, innovation and teamwork: dance and journalism, speech therapy, biofeedback therapy, correction and compensatory gymnastics, psychological therapy and ICT for all teachers of the institution. Information and Career Point will be established. The results will be an increase in the competence of key pupils from the competences covered by the programme, teachers will use ICT competences in the subject teaching, the school will use modern ICT equipment purchased for the project and help to conduct educational activities. Le projet est soumis en partenariat avec la Fondation pour l’égalité, bien qu’il soit différent avec l’Association de la petite école de Rogoznica, qui est l’organe directeur de l’école primaire de Rogožnica. Le chef de projet est la Fondation et le Partenaire de l’Association. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître les compétences clés dans le domaine des mathématiques et des sciences naturelles, de l’anglais, des TIC et des attitudes appropriées: créativité, innovation et travail d’équipe pour au moins 80 % des 60 élèves (27 dz, 33ch) de l’école primaire de Rogoznica couverts par le programme, en tenant compte de l’approche individuelle de l’élève, en particulier ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, et en améliorant l’accès à l’information sur le marché du travail grâce à la création d’un point d’information et de carrière dans l’école et à l’augmentation des compétences en TIC parmi 11 écoles (10K, 1M) du 15 février 2019 au 30 juin 2020. L’objectif sera atteint en menant des cours mathématiques, naturels (physique, biologie+géographie), de l’anglais, des TIC, des ateliers avec les bonnes attitudes: créativité, innovation et travail d’équipe: danse et journalisme, thérapie de la parole, thérapie de biofeedback, gymnastique de correction et de compensation, thérapie psychologique et TIC pour tous les enseignants de l’établissement. Un point d’information et de carrière sera mis en place. Il en résultera une augmentation des compétences des étudiants clés des compétences couvertes par le programme, les enseignants utiliseront les compétences TIC dans cet enseignement, l’école utilisera les équipements TIC modernes achetés pour le projet et contribuera à la réalisation d’activités éducatives.
