Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dla firmy "Technology for Mobile", polegającego na weryfikacji założeń koncepcji OTWARTEJ PLATFORMY USŁUG METROPOLITARNYCH (OPUM), na pobudzaniu procesu transferu technologii, budowaniu sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R. ------- Stworzona przez firmę „Technology for Mobile” koncepcja OPUM polega na budowie platformy dla usług metropolitarnych dostępnych na urządzeniach mobilnych mieszkańców, która będzie realizowała następujące założenia: [1] Działanie w otwartym i bezpiecznym standardzie komunikacyjnym; [2] Zapewnienie weryfikacji tożsamości posiadacza, zarówno w trybie online i offline; [3] Inter-metropolitalność i interoperacyjność geograficzna; [4] Integracja z systemem bankowym i instrumentami płatniczymi; [5] Automatyczna obsługa opłat w transporcie publicznym. ------- Realizowane będą usługi doradcze dotyczące badań otoczenia rynkowego i aspektów prawnych, związanych z strategią biznesową dla OPUM.Usługi doradcze mogą także przyjąć formę wsparcia przy zawieraniu umów kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych. Wzmocni to bezpieczeństwo własnoś ci intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. ------- Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym umożliwi wzrost rozpoznawalności i zwiększenie zainteresowania projektami B+R oraz nawiązanie współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi, partnerami technologicznymi, potencjalnymi dystrybutorami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedst awicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support for the company “Technology for Mobile”, which consists of verifying the assumptions of the concept of the OTW PLATFORMA metropolitan services (opum), stimulating the process of technology transfer, building networks of economic and scientific contacts and commercialising the results of R & D works. – The concept of “Technology for Mobile” created by the company “Technology for Mobile” consists of the construction of a platform for metropolitan services available on mobile devices of residents: [1] Action in an open and secure communication standard; [2] Ensure verification of the identity of the holder, both online and offline; [3] Inter-metropoly and geographical interoperability; [4] Integration with the banking system and payment instruments; [5] Automatic handling of tolls in public transport. — Advising services will be provided in the field of market environment research and legal aspects related to the business strategy for OPUM.Advisory services may also take the form of support in concluding cooperation agreements, R & D cooperation, licenses and transfer of copyrights. This will strengthen the security of your intellectual property in your company and reduce the risk of irrecoverable receivables. — Advising on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the economic environment will enable increased recognition and interest in R & D projects and establish cooperation with scientific entities, technological partners, potential distributors and investors. Thanks to the broadening of the network through meetings with technological partners, representatives of the scientific and economic environment, the process of transfer and commercialisation of the Applicant’s R & D results will be streamlined and professionalised. L’objet du projet est la mise en œuvre d’un support de conseil pour l’entreprise «Technology for Mobile», consistant à vérifier les hypothèses du concept d’OPEN PLATFORM Metropolitan Services (opum), stimuler le processus de transfert de technologie, construire un réseau de contacts économiques et scientifiques et commercialiser les résultats des travaux de R & D en cours. — Le concept d’opum créé par la société «Technology for Mobile» consiste à construire une plate-forme pour les services métropolitains disponibles sur les appareils mobiles des résidents, qui mettra en œuvre les hypothèses suivantes: [1] Fonctionnement dans une norme de communication ouverte et sécurisée; [2] Assurer la vérification de l’identité du titulaire, en ligne et hors ligne; [3] Intermétropolitique et interopérabilité géographique; [4] Intégration au système bancaire et aux instruments de paiement; [5] Traitement automatique des redevances de transport en commun. — Des services consultatifs seront fournis sur la recherche sur l’environnement du marché et les aspects juridiques liés à la stratégie commerciale d’OPUM.Les services consultatifs peuvent également prendre la forme d’un soutien à la conclusion d’accords de coopération, à la coopération en matière de recherche et de développement, aux licences et au transfert de droits d’auteur. Cela renforcera la sécurité de la propriété intellectuelle dans l’entreprise et réduira le risque de créances irrécouvrables. — La consultation dans le domaine de la construction et du maintien d’un réseau de liens entre la communauté scientifique et l’environnement économique permettra d’accroître la reconnaissance et l’intérêt pour les projets de R & D et d’établir une coopération avec les unités scientifiques, les partenaires technologiques, les distributeurs potentiels et les investisseurs. Grâce à l’expansion du réseau de contacts par le biais de réunions avec les partenaires technologiques, les pré-universitaires et les entrepreneurs, le processus de transfert et de commercialisation des résultats des travaux de R & D de la requérante sera rationalisé et professionnalisé.
