Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup wsparcia doradczego związanego z transferem technologii i procesem komercjalizacji wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych prowadzonych przez zespół pracowników naukowych Kolegium Badań Medycznych Wyższej Szkoły Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy, związanych z produkcją nowoczesnej aparatury diagnostycznej, przez powołaną przez nich spółkę pod nazwą Innowacje Medyczne Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. Wsparcie będące przedmiotem projektu, będzie obejmować usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji, usługi wsparcia innowacji, takie jak zawieranie umów licencyjnych, umów sprzedaży własności intelektualnej, zgłoszeń patentowych, usługi w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym a otoczeniem gospodarczym oraz pozyskiwanie kontaktów ze światem nauki i biznesu, które będą pomocne w procesie komercjalizacji wyników badań dotyczących nowych metod diagnostyki, a w szczególności badania cytologicznego kobiet. Cytologia jest obecnie podstawowym badaniem ginekologicznym w kierunku zmian transformacyjnych i nowotworowych szyjki macicy. Dlatego też grupa naukowców pracujących w Wyższej Szkole Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy prowadziła prace mające na celu stworzenia nowego urządzenia laboratoryjnego, służącego do diagnostyki medycznej. Nie posiadają oni jednak wystarczającej wiedzy i doświadczenia w zakresie współpracy z otoczeniem gospodarczym, które są niezbędne do skutecznej komercjalizacji posiadanych przez nich, wspólne z Uczelnią, wyników prac badawczych. The subject of the project is the purchase of advisory support related to technology transfer and the process of commercialisation of the results of research and development carried out by a team of scientific employees of the College of Medical Research of the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz, connected with the production of modern diagnostic equipment, by the company established by them under the name Innowacje Medyczne Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. The project’s support will include innovation advisory services, innovation support services, such as licensing agreements, intellectual property sales contracts, patent applications, services for building and maintaining links between the scientific community and the economic environment, and establishing contacts with the science and business worlds to help commercialise research results on new diagnostic methods, and in particular women’s cytological research. Cytology is currently a basic gynecological study for transformative and cancerous cervical lesions. Therefore, a group of scientists working at the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz carried out work aimed at creating a new laboratory device for medical diagnostics. However, they do not have sufficient knowledge and experience of cooperation with the economic environment, which are necessary for the effective commercialisation of their research results, shared with the University. L’objet du projet est l’achat d’un soutien consultatif lié au transfert de technologie et au processus de commercialisation des résultats de la recherche et du développement effectué par une équipe de personnel scientifique du Collège de recherche médicale de l’Université d’économie de Bydgoszcz, lié à la production d’équipements de diagnostic modernes, par une société créée par eux sous le nom de Medical Innovation Company. Le soutien du projet comprendra des services de conseil en innovation, des services de soutien à l’innovation tels que des accords de licence, des contrats de vente de propriété intellectuelle, des demandes de brevet, des services de mise en réseau entre la communauté scientifique et l’environnement des entreprises, et la mise en réseau avec les sciences et les entreprises, ce qui aidera à commercialiser les résultats de la recherche sur les nouvelles méthodes de diagnostic et, en particulier, sur la recherche cytologique chez les femmes. La cytologie est actuellement une étude gynécologique de base sur les changements transformationnels et cancéraux dans le col de l’utérus. Par conséquent, un groupe de scientifiques travaillant à l’Université d’économie de Bydgoszcz a réalisé des travaux pour créer un nouveau dispositif de laboratoire pour le diagnostic médical. Toutefois, ils n’ont pas les connaissances et l’expérience suffisantes de la coopération avec l’environnement économique, qui sont nécessaires à la commercialisation efficace de leurs résultats de recherche, en commun avec l’Université.
