Przedmiotem projektu "Moją przyszłość zaczynam już dzisiaj II" (PRO) realizowanego przez Gm. Kostomłoty od 1.X.2017 r. do 30.VI.2018 r. jest zapewnienie równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości działań edukacyjnych 92 uczniom/uczennicom (UCZ) Szkoły Podstawowej (SP) i Gimnazjum(G) w Kostomłotach (t. wiejski- kryt. premiuj.), które ma doprowadzić do podniesienia kompetencji klucz. w zakresie: nauk matem.-przyrodn., j. obcych (G), TIK a także do właściwych postaw 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) dziewczynek(DZ) i 46 (22 ze SP i 24 z G) chłopców(CH), co będzie miało przełożenie na ich przyszły sukces na rynku pracy. Wsparcie obejmie UCZ uzdoln. a także mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań podst. programowej i w kontrolowaniu emocji. Rozwój kompet. adekwatnych do rynku pracy będzie także rezultatem doradztwa edukac.-zawod. w ramach SPinKa dla wszystkich uczestników (UP) oraz zajęć psychoedukac. dla UCZ z trudnościami. Podniesieniu kompetencji klucz. sprzyjać będzie wykorzystanie, dedykowanego dla młodzieży innowacyj. portalu do doradztwa edukac.-zawod. (www.eipd.pl) stworzonego w ramach POKL a także kontakt młodzieży z praktycznym wykorzystaniem wiedzy (wycieczki eduk., spotkania z przedsięb.). Duże znaczenie dla wzrostu kompetencji TIK UP i innych UCZ ze SP będzie miało wyposażenie pracowni komputerowej w SP w komputery w miejsce przestarzałego sprzętu. Potrzeba wsparcia dla obu placówek wynika z diagnoz obszarów deficytowych kompet. klucz. i przyczyn osiągania przez UCZ wyników słabszych niż średnia wojewódzka dokonanej przez kadrę a w przypadku SP także inwentaryzacji i analizy możliwości dalszego wykorzystania przestarzałej bazy TIK. Diagnozy potrzeb i deficytów przeprowadziła kadra pedag. szkół i zatwierdził je organ prowadzący. Dokument inwentaryzacyjny jest w dokumentacji SP. Wsparcie PRO będzie uzupełnieniem podobnych działań w SP i G do rozpoczęcia PRO i nie zmniejszy nakładów na podobne dział. z 12 mies. wcześniej. Zajęcia proj. będą poza zaj. obowiązk. uczniów/uczennic. (Polish)

The project “My Future Starting Today II” (PRO) implemented by Gm. Kostomłota from 1.X.2017 to 30.VI.2018 is aimed at ensuring equal access to high-quality educational activities for 92 pupils/students (SP) and Secondary School(G) in Kostomłoty (i.e. rural-critical awards). the teachings of mathematicians.-natural, foreign (G), ICT and also to the right attitudes 46 (22 with SP and 24 with G) girls (DZ) and 46 (22 from SP and 24 with G) boys(CH), which will translate into their future success in the labour market. Support will include the student’s abilities, as well as those having difficulty in meeting the program’s requirements and in controlling emotions. The development of competencies appropriate to the labour market will also be the result of educational advice.-professional. as part of a cufflink for all participants (UP) and psychoedukac activities. for the University of Technology with difficulties. Improving the competence key will be facilitated by the use of an innovative portal dedicated to young people for educational advice.-professional. (www.eipd.pl) created within the framework of the POKL as well as the contact of young people with practical use of knowledge (educational trips, meetings with entrepreneurs). It will be important for the increase of competence of ICT UP and other UCZ from the SP to equip a computer lab with computers in place of obsolete equipment. The need for support for both institutions results from the diagnosis of deficit areas of competence. key. and the reasons for achieving lower results by the UCZ than the voivodship average made by the staff and in the case of the SP also inventory and analysis of the possibility of further using the outdated ICT base. A diagnosis of needs and deficits was carried out by the school staff and approved by the host body. The inventory document is in the SP documentation. Support PRO will complement similar activities in SP and G to start PRO and will not reduce spending on similar departments. with 12 months earlier.
