Przedmiot projektu: Usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwie akademickim., II Cel projektu: Zainicjowanie współoddziaływania (transferu) technologii wraz z procesem komercjalizacji efektów prac badawczo-rozwojowych w spółce spin-out, inaczej odpryskowej jaką jest CLEANBOX Sp. z o.o.. Przeprowadzenie badań rynku dla nowych produktów (badania 3 rynków zagranicznych). Udostępnienie laboratorium - przygotowanie prezentacji produktów opatrzonych marką CLEANBOX (30 dni)., 2) Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań (wskazanie obszarów współpracy i klastrów branżowych, izb gosp. i innych organizacji przedsiębiorców w aspekcie międzynarodowym (60h) i w zakresie zawierania umów o powiązaniu kooperacyjnym (30h) (um. konsorcjum, um. klastrowa)., 3) Organizacja wizyty studyjnej i spotkania networkingowego z środowiskiem naukowym (woj. kujawsko-pomorskie) (min. 2 jednostki naukowe), a także spotkania matchmakingowego z przedstawicielami środowiska gospodarczego z branży gospodarowania ściekami (woj. kujawsko-pomorskie): min. 1 IOB + 7 przedsiębiorstw. Ce soutien devrait intervenir jusqu’au 28 février 2018., III Actions: 1) Services de conseil et de soutien en innovation: conclusion d’accords de licence, transfert de droits d’auteur ou soutien à l’élaboration des documents susmentionnés sur les marchés internationaux (60h). Donner des conseils sur la conclusion d’accords de coopération en matière de recherche et de développement, fournir des services de recherche et élaborer des modèles des documents susmentionnés (60h). Réalisation d’études de marché pour de nouveaux produits (recherche de 3 marchés étrangers). Mise à disposition du laboratoire — préparation de présentations de produits portant la marque CLEANBOX (30 jours)., 2) Conseils dans le domaine de la construction et du maintien d’un réseau de liens (indication des domaines de coopération et des grappes d’industrie, chambres et autres organisations d’entreprises dans l’aspect international (60h) et la conclusion d’accords de coopération (30h) (accord de consortium, um. cluster). 3. Organisation d’une visite d’étude et réunion de réseau avec la communauté scientifique (Voïvodie Kujawsko-Pomorskie) (min. 2 unités scientifiques), ainsi qu’une réunion de mise en correspondance avec des représentants de la communauté économique de l’industrie de la gestion des eaux usées (la province de Kujawsko-Pomorskie): min. 1 IOB + 7 entreprises. Organisation complète d’une visite d’étude et d’une réunion de réseautage avec des représentants de la communauté scientifique (7 voïvodies hors Kujawsko-Pomorskie) (min. 2 unités scientifiques dans chaque voïvodie), en plus d’une réunion de jumelage avec la communauté économique de l’industrie de la gestion des eaux usées (7 voïvodies en dehors de la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie): min. 1 IOB + 7 entreprises dans chaque voïvodie)., IV Valeur: 150859,50.
