Przedmiotowy projekt będzie realizowany w Zespole Szkół Zawodowych i Licealnych w Zgorzelcu (ZSZiL) oraz w Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Zgorzelcu (ZSP). Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa warsztatów szkolnych przy Zespole Szkół Zawodowych i Licealnych w Zgorzelcu i utworzenie w nich pracowni zawodowych na potrzeby kształcenia praktycznej nauki zawodu obu szkół wraz z wyposażeniem i zapleczem socjalno-sanitarnym. Planuje się w nim utworzenie 4 pracowni warsztatowych i dydaktycznych dla Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych oraz 3 pracowni warsztatowych i dydaktycznych dla Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych i Licealnych. Projektowany budynek będzie miał zapewniony dostęp dla osób niepełnosprawnych do wszystkich pomieszczeń poprzez projektowaną pochylnię dla osób niepełnosprawnych, pochylnie wewnątrz pomieszczeń oraz specjalnie dostosowaną toaletę. W ramach projektu zaplanowano także doposażenie 6 pracowni zawodowych znajdujących się w budynkach dydaktycznych obu szkół. Do ZSP zostanie zakupione wyposażenie do 2 pracowni budowlanych. W ZSZiL wyposażone zostaną 4 pracownie kształcące w branży technologii informacyjno–komunikacyjnych. W celu udostępnienia uczniom niepełnosprawnym pracowni znajdujących się na I piętrze budynku zostanie zakupiony schodołaz gąsienicowy. Realizacja projektu przebiegać będzie zgodnie z polityką konkurencji i zamówień publicznych. Za prawidłową realizację projektu będzie odpowiadał Powiat Zgorzelecki, który posiada zdolność organizacyjną do utrzymania projektu w postaci odpowiednich jednostek wewnątrz swojej struktury, dysponujących doświadczoną i dobrze wykształconą kadrą oraz odpowiednim zapleczem organizacyjno–technicznym, wyposażonym w standardowy sprzęt biurowy z dostępem do Internetu. Projekt będzie podzielony na następujące zadania: przygotowanie dokumentacji, przebudowa budynku ZSZiL, zakup wyposażenia pracowni, zakup urządzenia dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz działania promocyjne. The project will be implemented in the Vocational and High Schools Complex in Zgorzelec (ZSZiL) and in Zgorzelec Schools Complex (ZSP). The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the school workshops at the Vocational and High Schools Complex in Zgorzelec and the creation of professional workshops for practical training of both schools, together with social and sanitary facilities. It plans to create 4 workshops and teaching workshops for the High School Complex and 3 workshops and teaching workshops for the Vocational and High Schools Team. The designed building will have access for disabled people to all rooms through a designed ramp for disabled people, ramps inside the rooms and a specially adapted toilet. The project also planned to equip 6 professional workshops located in the educational buildings of both schools. Up to 2 construction workshops will be purchased for the ZSP. The ZSZiL will equip 4 workshops educating in the information and communication technology industry. In order to make available to disabled students a workshop located on the first floor of the building will be purchased caterpillar staircase. The project will be implemented in accordance with competition policy and public procurement. The Zgorzelecki County will be responsible for the proper implementation of the project, which has the organizational capacity to maintain the project in the form of appropriate units within its structure, with experienced and well-educated staff and appropriate organizational and technical facilities, equipped with standard office equipment with Internet access. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le complexe d’écoles professionnelles et secondaires de Zgorzelec (ZSZiL) et dans le complexe d’écoles secondaires de Zgorzelec (ZSP). Le projet a pour objet la reconstruction d’ateliers scolaires au Complexe des écoles professionnelles et secondaires de Zgorzelec et la création d’ateliers professionnels pour la formation pratique des deux écoles, ainsi que d’installations et d’installations sociales et sanitaires. Il prévoit de créer 4 ateliers et studios d’enseignement pour le Complexe des écoles secondaires secondaires et 3 ateliers et studios d’enseignement pour le Complexe des écoles professionnelles et secondaires. Le bâtiment conçu permettra aux personnes handicapées d’accéder à toutes les chambres à travers une rampe conçue pour les personnes handicapées, des cales à l’intérieur des chambres et des toilettes spécialement adaptées. Le projet prévoyait également la modernisation de 6 studios professionnels situés dans les bâtiments d’enseignement des deux écoles. Des équipements pour 2 ateliers de construction seront achetés pour le ZSP. Le SIGC sera équipé de 4 studios de formation aux TIC. Afin de mettre à la disposition des étudiants handicapés les studios situés au premier étage du bâtiment, un berceau sur chenilles sera acheté. Le projet sera mis en œuvre conformément à la politique de concurrence et de passation des marchés publics. Le district de Zgorzelecki sera chargé de la bonne mise en œuvre du projet, qui a la capacité organisationnelle de maintenir le projet sous la forme d’unités appropriées au sein de sa structure, avec un personnel expérimenté et bien formé et des antécédents organisationnels et techniques adéquats, équipés d’un équipement de bureau standard avec accès à Internet. Le projet sera divisé en tâches suivantes: préparation de la documentation, reconstruction du bâtiment ZSZiL, achat de matériel d’atelier, achat de matériel pour les personnes handicapées et activités de promotion.
