Diagnoza przeprowadzona przez organ prowadzący OWP - Przedszkole Publiczne nr 2 w Dzierżoniowie wskazała konieczność wyrównywania szans edukacyjnych i rozwojowych wśród dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez dodakowe zajęcia edukacyjne oraz podniesienie kompetenji kadry pedagogicznej. Ponadto wśród dzieci zdrowych, stanowiących również grupę docelową projektu, zdiagnozowano zaburzenia w zakresie rozwoju motorycznego i emocjonalnego. Aby zniwelować stwierdzone deficyty rozwojowe dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami projekt zakłada przepowadzenie dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych dla 24 dzieci (10dz/14chł.) rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe, społeczno-emocjonalne i psychoruchowe oraz rozwijające właściwe postawy oraz umiejętności (takie jak: kreatywność, innowacyjność, pracy zespołowej oraz pobudzajacych ciekawość świata). Zajęciami dodatkowymi zostaną objęte dwie grupy przedszk., tj.: grupa specjalna - 4 dzieci (1-dz/3-chł) oraz grupa intergracyjna - 20 dzieci (9-dz/11-chł), w tym 4 dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami (1-dz/3-chł). W celu zwiększenia szans edukacyjnych pozostałych dzieci z grupy intergracyjnej bez niepełnosprawności, zaplanowano zajęcia dla wszystkich dzieci, które dotychczas nie uczestniczyły w takich formach edukacji.Organ prowadzący PP nr 2 wskazał również w diagnozie na konieczność podniesienia kompetencji i kwlifikacji kadry pedagogicznej porzez organizację dodatkowych szkoleń oraz kursów niezbędnych do codzinnej pracy z dziećmi ( w tym z dziećmi z niepełnosprawnościami) z uwzględnienim indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych dzieci. W ramach projektu zaplanowano wsparcie dla 12 nauczycieli OWP (12K), które będą podnosiły kompetencje w zakresie pedagogiki specjalnej w celu wyrównywania szans edykacyjnych dzieci ze spejalnymi potrzebami, w tym dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami.Realizacja projektu przyczyni sie do wyrównania i zniwelowania występujących deficytów, integracji dzieci objętych projektem oraz podniesienia kompetencji kadry padagogicznej. The diagnosis carried out by the authority conducting the PLO – Public Kindergarten No. 2 in Dzierżoniów indicated the necessity of equalising educational and development opportunities among children with disabilities through additional educational activities and increasing the competence of the pedagogical staff. In addition, healthy children, who are also the target group of the project, were diagnosed with motor and emotional development disorders. In order to address the identified development deficits of children with disabilities, the project involves overcoming additional educational activities for 24 children (10dz/14c) developing key, socio-emotional and psychomotor competences and developing appropriate attitudes and skills (such as: creativity, innovation, teamwork and stimulating curiosity of the world). The additional classes will be covered by two groups of pre-schools, i.e.: special group – 4 children (1-dz/3-cl) and an interplay group – 20 children (9-dz/11-c), including 4 children with disabilities (1-dz/3-c). In order to increase the educational opportunities of other children from the intergration group without disabilities, classes for all children who have not yet participated in such forms of education have been planned.PP No.2 has also indicated in the diagnosis the need to improve the competence and quantification of the pedagogical staff and to organise additional trainings and courses necessary for everyday work with children (including children with disabilities) taking into account individual development and educational needs of children. The project includes support for 12 teachers of the PLO (12K), which will raise competences in the field of special pedagogy in order to equalise the educational opportunities of children with cohesive needs, including children with disabilities.The implementation of the project will contribute to equalising and correcting existing deficits, integration of children covered by the project and improving the competence of epileptic staff. Le diagnostic effectué par l ‘organe chargé de la maternelle publique no 2 de l’ OLP à Dzierżoniów a montré qu ‘il était nécessaire d’ améliorer les possibilités d ‘éducation et de développement des enfants handicapés grâce à des activités éducatives supplémentaires et à l’ amélioration des compétences du personnel pédagogique. En outre, des enfants en bonne santé, qui sont également le groupe cible du projet, ont reçu un diagnostic de troubles moteurs et de développement émotionnel. Afin de combler les déficits de développement recensés chez les enfants handicapés, le projet prévoit l’achèvement d’activités éducatives supplémentaires à l’intention de 24 enfants (10dz/14) développant des compétences clés, socio-émotives et psychomotrices et développant des attitudes et des aptitudes appropriées (telles que: créativité, innovation, travail d’équipe et stimulation de la curiosité du monde). Les classes supplémentaires seront couvertes par deux groupes d’avant-bras, à savoir: groupe spécial — 4 enfants (1-dz/3-bold) et Groupe Intergration — 20 enfants (9-dz/11-bold), dont 4 enfants handicapés (1-dz/3-fed). Afin d’accroître les possibilités d’éducation d’autres enfants issus du groupe intergroupe sans handicap, des classes ont été prévues pour tous les enfants qui n’ont pas encore participé à ces formes d’éducation. L’organisation qui gère le PP no 2 a également souligné la nécessité d’améliorer les compétences et la quantification du personnel pédagogique, lors de l’organisation des formations et des cours supplémentaires nécessaires au travail quotidien avec les enfants (y compris les enfants handicapés) en tenant compte du développement individuel et des besoins éducatifs des enfants. Dans le cadre du projet, 12 enseignants de l’OWP (12K) seront soutenus, qui amélioreront leurs compétences dans le domaine de la pédagogie spéciale afin d’égaliser les chances d’édication des enfants ayant des besoins spéciaux, y compris les enfants handicapés. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à compenser et à éliminer les déficits existants, à intégrer les enfants couverts par le projet et à améliorer les compétences du personnel pagogique. (French)
