Celem projektu „Piecza zastępcza w powiecie Oławskim” jest realizacja usług i wsparcie systemu pieczy zastępczej w ramach których wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby z rodzin zastępczych, osoby z rodzin zawodowych i niezawodowych, dzieci poniżej 15 roku i powyżej 15 roku życia. W ramach podnoszenia kompetencji i kwalifikacji kadr szkoleniami zostaną objęci kandydaci na rodziny zastępcze. Natomiast w ramach podnoszenia kompetencji i kwalifikacji kadr systemu pieczy zastępczej w ramach szkoleń i doradztwa, superwizji, wynikających ze zdiagnozowanych potrzeb wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby pełniące funkcje kadry systemu pieczy. Wszystkie osoby biorące udział w projekcie zamieszkując teren powiatu oławskiego i korzystają ze wsparcia PCPR. Łącznie w ramach projektu obejmiemy wsparciem 112 osób. Wszystkie w/w grupy wymagają szerokiego wsparcia w zakresie prawidłowego rozwoju i zdolności do funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie. Status społeczny uczestników często staje się powodem ich wykluczenia społecznego,tym bardziej, że większość mieszkańców Powiatu pochodzi z terenów wiejskich. Dzięki udziałowi w projekcie, który wpisuje się w interakcję społeczno-zawodową z elementami specjalistycznego poradnictwa (prawnego, rodzinnego, psychologicznego)nastąpi znacząca poprawa sytuacji społeczno- zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Realizacja zadań zawartych w ramach projektu pozwoli na dużo sprawniejsze wykonywanie zadań zawartych w ustawie o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej. Pozyskane w ten sposób środki pozwolą na realizację zadań zawartych w ustawie, nie tylko tych obligatoryjnych, ale także takich, które z braku środków nie mogłyby być zrealizowane.Zdecydowanie wpłynie to na wzrost jakości opieki i wychowania dzieci umieszczanych w pieczy zastępczej, zminimalizuje skutki oderwania od środowiska rodzinnego.Pozwoli nabyć dodatkowe umiejętności i kwalifikacje kadrze pieczy zastępczej oraz profesjonalnie przygotować kandydatów do tej trudnej funkcji. The aim of the project “substitute in Oław County” is to implement services and support the foster care system, which will support people from foster families, people from professional and non-professional families, children under 15 and over 15 years of age. As part of improving the competences and qualifications of staff, the training will include candidates for foster families. On the other hand, as part of raising the competences and qualifications of the staff of the replacement care system in the framework of training and advisory, supervision resulting from diagnosed needs, support will be provided to those who perform the functions of the care system. All persons taking part in the project living in the Oław district and benefit from the support of the PCPR. A total of 112 people will be supported as part of the project. All of these groups require broad support in terms of proper development and ability to function in society. The social status of the participants is often the reason for their social exclusion, the more so that the majority of the inhabitants of the county come from rural areas. Participation in the project, which is part of the socio-occupational interaction with the elements of specialised counselling (legal, family, psychological) will significantly improve the socio-occupational situation of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The implementation of tasks included in the project will allow for much more efficient performance of the tasks contained in the Act on Support of Family and Replacement Care. The funds obtained in this way will allow for the fulfilment of the tasks contained in the Act, not only mandatory ones, but also those which, due to lack of funds, could not be carried out.This will definitely affect the quality of care and upbringing of children placed in foster care, minimise the effects of separation from the family environment.It will allow you to acquire additional skills and qualifications of the foster care staff and professionally prepare candidates for this difficult function. L’objectif du projet «Substitut bay in the district of Oławski» est de fournir des services et de soutenir le système de placement familial dans lequel seront soutenus les personnes issues de familles d’accueil, les personnes issues de familles d’accueil professionnelles et non professionnelles, les enfants de moins de 15 ans et plus. Les candidats aux familles d’accueil seront inclus dans le cadre de l’amélioration des compétences et des qualifications du personnel. D’autre part, dans le cadre de l’amélioration des compétences et des qualifications du personnel du système de placement en famille d’accueil dans le cadre de la formation et de la consultation, les supervisions résultant des besoins diagnostiqués, les personnes exerçant les fonctions du système de soins seront soutenues. Toutes les personnes participant au projet vivent dans le district d’Oławskie et bénéficient du soutien du PCPR. Au total, le projet soutiendra 112 personnes. Tous ces groupes ont besoin d’un soutien important en termes de développement et de capacité à fonctionner dans la société. Le statut social des participants devient souvent un motif d’exclusion sociale, plus la majorité des habitants du district proviennent des zones rurales. La participation au projet, qui s’inscrit dans l’interaction socioprofessionnelle avec des éléments de conseil spécialisé (juridique, familial, psychologique), améliorera considérablement la situation socio-économique des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. La mise en œuvre des tâches prévues dans le projet permettra d’accomplir de manière beaucoup plus efficace les tâches prévues par la loi sur l’aide à la famille et le système de placement familial. Les fonds ainsi obtenus permettront d ' exécuter les tâches prévues par la loi, non seulement celles qui sont obligatoires, mais aussi celles qui n ' ont pas pu être exécutées en raison du manque de fonds, ce qui permettra d ' améliorer la qualité des soins et de l ' éducation des enfants placés en famille d ' accueil, en réduisant au minimum les effets du détachement du milieu familial, ce qui permettra d ' acquérir des compétences et des qualifications supplémentaires du personnel d ' accueil et de préparer professionnellement les candidats à cette tâche difficile.
