Projekt polegać będzie na przebudowie budynku istniejącego przedszkola wraz z dobudową zewnętrznej klatki schodowej, dobudową części sanitarnej (WC) i rozbudową werandy na parterze oraz powiększeniem tarasu na piętrze. Projekt zakłada również dostosowanie budynku do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych poprzez dobudowę pochylni dla osób niepełnosprawnych. W ramach projektu przewidziano także: montaż wewnętrznej instalacji hydrantowej.; przebudowę przyłączy wodnych, budowę nowego układu zasilania oraz całościowe docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (termomodernizacja obiektu) oraz zakup wyposażenia. Cele projektu: - zwiększenie liczby nowych miejsc przedszkolnych na terenie Gminy Gromadka o 15 miejsc; - wypełnienie luki w dostępnie do miejsc przedszkolnych na terenie Gminy Gromadka; - dostosowanie budynku przedszkola do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych; - dostosowanie budynku przedszkola do obowiązujących przepisów przeciw pożarowych. Grupą docelową, do której skierowany jest niniejszy projekt są dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym zamieszkujące gminę Gromadka. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zrealizuje następujące wskaźniki: - Liczba miejsc w objętej wsparciem infrastrukturze w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastrukturze edukacyjnej (CI 35) – Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej - Liczba użytkowników infrastruktury przedszkolnej wspartej w programie - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Zamierzona inwestycja pozwala dostosować działalność Przedszkola do rzeczywistych potrzeb beneficjentów i uwarunkuje jego dalszy rozwój. (Polish)

The project will consist of the reconstruction of the building of the existing kindergarten with the addition of an external staircase, the addition of the sanitary section (WC) and the extension of the veranda on the ground floor and the enlargement of the terrace on the first floor. The project also involves adapting the building to the needs of people with disabilities by adding slipways for people with disabilities. The project also provides for: installation of an internal hydrant system; reconstruction of water connections, construction of new power supply and complete insulation of external walls (thermomodernisation of the facility) and purchase of equipment. Objectives of the project: — increase the number of new preschool places in Gromadka commune by 15 places; — filling the gap in access to preschool facilities in Gromadka commune; — adaptation of the kindergarten building to the needs of people with disabilities; — adaptation of the kindergarten building to the applicable fire regulations. The target group to which this project is addressed are preschool children living in Gromadka municipality. Within the framework of the project, the applicant shall implement the following indicators: — Number of places in supported childcare infrastructure or educational infrastructure (CI 35) – Number of preschool facilities supported – Number of preschool infrastructure users supported by the programme – Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities. Le projet consistera en la reconstruction du bâtiment de la maternelle existante avec l’ajout d’un escalier extérieur, l’ajout d’une partie sanitaire (WC) et l’extension de la véranda au rez-de-chaussée et l’extension de la terrasse au sol. Le projet consiste également à adapter le bâtiment aux besoins des personnes handicapées par la construction d’une cale pour les personnes handicapées. Le projet prévoit également: installation du système d’hydratation interne; reconstruction des raccordements d’eau, construction d’un nouveau système d’alimentation électrique et réchauffement total des murs extérieurs (thermomodernisation de l’installation) et achat d’équipements. Objectifs du projet: — augmenter de 15 places le nombre de nouveaux établissements préscolaires dans la commune de Gromadka; — combler le manque d’accès aux places préscolaires dans la municipalité de Gromadka; — adaptation du bâtiment de la maternelle aux besoins des personnes handicapées; — adaptation du bâtiment de la maternelle aux règlements applicables en matière d’incendie. Le groupe cible de ce projet est les enfants d’âge préscolaire vivant dans la municipalité de Gromadka. Dans le cadre du projet, le demandeur répondra aux indicateurs suivants: — Nombre de places dans l’infrastructure de garde d’enfants ou d’éducation assistée (CI 35) — Nombre d’infrastructures préscolaires soutenues — Nombre d’utilisateurs des infrastructures préscolaires soutenues par le programme — Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées — Nombre de projets qui ont financé les coûts d’aménagements raisonnables pour les personnes handicapées. L’investissement prévu permet d’adapter les activités de la maternelle aux besoins réels des bénéficiaires et déterminera son développement ultérieur. (French)
