    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in îmbunătățirea condiţiilor pentru utilizarea modurilor nemotorizate de transport, în vederea reducerii numărului de deplasări cu transportul privat (cu autoturisme) şi reducerea emisiilor de echivalent CO2 din transport. Astfel, Municipiul Bacau urmareste dezvoltarea mobilitatii urbane prin shimbarea accentului de la o mobilitate bazata pe utilizarea autoturismelor la o mobilitate bazata pe mersul me jos, utilizarea bicicletei ca mijloc de deplasare, utilizarea transportului public de inalta calitate si eficienta, reducerea utilizarii autoturismelor in paralel cu utilizarea unor categorii de autoturisme nepoluante. Proiectul vine in intampinarea obiectivului specific 4.1 al prioritatii de investitii 4e, prin implementarea unor masuri strategice, bazate pe datele din Planul de Moiblitate Urbana Durabila a Municipiului Bacau, ce vor conduce la promovarea mobilitatii urbane multimodale durabile si la reducerea emisiilor de CO2, ca urmare a îmbunătăţirii accesibilităţii, a transferului către modurile nemotorizate de transport, cresterea atractivitatii utilizarii modurilor nemotorizate si a transportului public in detrimentul transportului cu autoturismele personale.     The general objective of the project is to improve the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport, in order to reduce the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and to reduce CO2-equivalent emissions from transport. Thus, Bacau aims to develop urban mobility by shifting the focus from a mobility based on car use to a mobility based on walking, using bicycles as a means of travel, using high quality and efficient public transport, reducing the use of cars in parallel with the use of clean car categories. The project meets the specific objective 4.1 of investment priority 4e, through the implementation of strategic measures based on data from the Bacau Urban Moiblity Plan, which will lead to the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility and the reduction of CO2 emissions, as a result of improving accessibility, transfer to non-motorised modes of transport, increasing the attractiveness of using non-motorised modes and public transport at the expense of transport by private cars.     L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer les conditions d’utilisation des modes de transport non motorisés, afin de réduire le nombre de trajets par transport privé (voitures) et de réduire les émissions équivalentes au CO2 du transport. Ainsi, Bacau vise à développer la mobilité urbaine en passant d’une mobilité basée sur l’utilisation de la voiture à une mobilité basée sur la marche, en utilisant le vélo comme moyen de déplacement, en utilisant des transports publics de haute qualité et efficaces, en réduisant l’utilisation des voitures parallèlement à l’utilisation de catégories de voitures propres. Le projet répond à l’objectif spécifique 4.1 de la priorité d’investissement 4e, à travers la mise en œuvre de mesures stratégiques basées sur les données du Plan de Moiblité Urbain Bacau, qui mèneront à la promotion d’une mobilité urbaine multimodale durable et à la réduction des émissions de CO2, grâce à l’amélioration de l’accessibilité, au transfert vers des modes de transport non motorisés, à l’augmentation de l’attractivité de l’utilisation de modes non motorisés et des transports publics au détriment du transport par les voitures particulières.
