Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Malczycach wraz z zastosowaniem rozwiązań energooszczędnych. Projekt realizowany będzie w Malczycach na działce nr 10, w miejscu gdzie obecnie zlokalizowany jest Gminny Ośrodek Kultury. W ramach prac przeprowadzone zostaną roboty budowlane sali widowiskowej budynku oraz prace remontowe pozostałych pomieszczeń. Obiekt zostanie przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Dzięki zastosowaniu rozwiązań energooszczędnych zmniejszą się koszty użytkowania i eksploatacji budynku. Instytucja kultury - Gminny Ośrodek Kultury w Malczycach zostanie doposażony w niezbędny sprzęt nagłaśniający oraz projektor LCD wraz z uchwytem, umożliwiający funkcjonowanie jednostki i dostęp do oferty kulturalnej. Zarówno przebudowa obiektu, jak i wyposażenie w niezbędny sprzęt wpłyną na podniesienie standardu obiektu, który przeznaczony jest do pełnienia działalności kulturalnej. Realizacja zakresu rzeczowego zwiększy dostępność do kulturalnej bazy infrastrukturalnej oraz umożliwi rozwój oferty kulturalnej instytucji kultury w Malczycach. W efekcie realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną efekty ekonomiczne (zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji), jak i społeczne w postaci zwiększonej liczby odbiorców projektu, których stanowią: mieszkańcy Gminy Malczyce, Dolnego Śląska, uczniowie szkół, członkowie organizacji senioralnych, Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich, organizacji pozarządowych oraz liderzy lokalni. Zwiększenie dostępu i poszerzenie gamy zajęć oraz wydarzeń kulturalnych w gminie wiejskiej jest szczególnie istotne i przyczyni się do przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu w dostępie do kultury wśród społeczności z terenów wiejskich. The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the Municipal Culture Centre in Malczyce with the use of energy-saving solutions. The project will be implemented in Malczyce on plot no. 10, where the Municipal Cultural Centre is currently located. As part of the work will be carried out construction works of the hall of the building as well as renovation works of other rooms. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The use of energy-efficient solutions will reduce the cost of use and operation of the building. Cultural institution – Municipal Cultural Centre in Malczyce will be equipped with the necessary sound equipment and an LCD projector with a handle, allowing the operation of the unit and access to the cultural offer. Both the conversion of the facility and the necessary equipment will increase the standard of the facility, which is intended to carry out cultural activities. The implementation of the material scope will increase accessibility to the cultural infrastructure base and enable the development of the cultural offer of cultural institutions in Malczyce. As a result of the project, economic effects (reduction of operating costs) and social effects will be achieved in the form of an increased number of project recipients, which are: residents of Malczyce commune, Lower Silesia, school pupils, members of senior organisations, rural housewives, non-governmental organisations and local leaders. Increasing access and broadening the range of activities and cultural events in the rural commune is particularly important and will contribute to combating exclusion in rural communities. (English)

L’objet du projet est la reconstruction du Centre Culturel Municipal de Malczyce avec l’utilisation de solutions économes en énergie. Le projet sera mis en œuvre à Malczyce sur la parcelle no 10, à l’endroit où se trouve actuellement le Centre culturel municipal. Dans le cadre des travaux, des travaux de construction seront effectués sur le showroom du bâtiment et des travaux de rénovation dans d’autres locaux. L’installation sera adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées. L’utilisation de solutions économes en énergie permettra de réduire les coûts d’utilisation et d’exploitation du bâtiment. Institution culturelle — Centre culturel municipal de Malczyce sera équipé de l’équipement sonore nécessaire et du projecteur LCD avec une poignée, permettant le fonctionnement de l’unité et l’accès à l’offre culturelle. Tant la reconstruction de l’installation que l’équipement nécessaire augmenteront la norme de l’installation, qui est destinée à effectuer des activités culturelles. La mise en œuvre du champ d’application matériel améliorera l’accessibilité à la base des infrastructures culturelles et permettra le développement de l’offre culturelle d’institutions culturelles à Malczyce. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les effets économiques (coûts d’exploitation réduits) et les effets sociaux seront obtenus sous la forme d’un nombre accru de bénéficiaires du projet, à savoir: résidents de la municipalité de Malczyce, Basse-Silésie, étudiants, membres d’organisations de haut niveau, cercle d’accueil rural, ONG et dirigeants locaux. Il est particulièrement important d’accroître l’accès aux activités et manifestations culturelles dans la municipalité rurale et d’en élargir l’éventail, ce qui contribuera à lutter contre l’exclusion de l’accès à la culture dans les communautés rurales.
