Przedsięwzięcie dotyczy kompleksowej, głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku przedsiębiorstwa Legnickiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej w Legnicy przy ul. Gwiezdnej 8. Zarówno wnioskodawcą, beneficjentem jak i inwestorem przedmiotowego projektu jest Legnicka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa, w rezultacie jest podmiotem w pełni odpowiedzialnym za realizację projektu. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku średniego przedsiębiorstwa Legnickiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej, a w następstwie zmniejszenie energochłonności energii w sektorze MŚP. Odbiorcami projektu są pracownicy Legnickiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej, interesariuszy, pozostali użytkownicy budynku oraz ich klienci, którzy będą czerpać korzyści z ekologicznych oraz środowiskowych efektów realizacji projektu tj. zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza w wyniku zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynku. Projekt będzie realizowany poprzez wdrażanie poniższego zakresu działań: - Wykonanie docieplenia obiektu (dach, ściana nieocieplona); - Modernizacje okien, drzwi; - Modernizacja systemu grzewczego; - Modernizacja instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej; - Zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii (Instalacja fotowoltaiczna); - Modernizacja oświetlenia; - Modernizacja systemu wentylacji - Zastosowanie systemu zarządzania energią Efektem projektu będzie: - wzrost efektywności kosztowej w wyniku ograniczenia zużycia energii cieplnej w budynku Legnickiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej, roczne oszczędności kosztów energii będą wynosić 39 283,97 zł; - zaoszczędzenie energii końcowej (zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku przedsiębiorstwa, poprzez zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię) o 497,24 GJ/rok, czyli o 39,00%; - zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej o 177 142,81 kWh/rok (33,00%); - zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery o 177,12 t/rok, czyli 41,75 %; redukcja emisji SO2 o 0,133 t/rok co stanowi 42,40 %; - zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł (Polish)

The project concerns comprehensive, deep thermal modernisation of the building of Legnicka Housing Cooperative in Legnica, ul. It’s Star 8. Both the applicant, the beneficiary and the investor of the project is Legnicka Spółdzielnia Housingowa, as a result it is fully responsible for the implementation of the project. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the medium-sized enterprise Legnica Housing Cooperative, and as a result of reducing energy intensity in the SME sector. The recipients of the project are employees of Legnica Housing Cooperative, stakeholders, other users of the building and their customers, who will benefit from the environmental and environmental effects of the project, i.e. reducing emissions into the air as a result of increasing the energy efficiency of the building. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following range of activities: — Execution of warming of the object (roof, non-warming wall); — Modernisation of windows, doors; — Modernisation of the heating system; — Modernisation of hot water installations; — Use of renewable energy sources (PV installation); — Modernisation of lighting; — Modernisation of the ventilation system – Application of the energy management system The project effect will be: — an increase in cost efficiency as a result of the reduction of heat consumption in the building of the Legnica Housing Cooperative, annual energy cost savings will amount to PLN 39 283.97; — saving final energy (increasing the energy efficiency of the company building by reducing annual energy demand) by 497.24 GJ/year, i.e. by 39.00 %; — reduction of annual primary energy consumption by 177142,81 kWh/year (33,00 %); — reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 177,12 t/year, i.e. 41,75 %; a reduction of SO2 emissions by 0,133 t/year, which is 42,40 %; — increasing the share of renewable sources (English)

Le projet concerne une thermomodernisation complète et profonde de la construction de la coopérative d’habitation Legnicka à Legnica, ul. Etoile 8. Legnicka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa est la requérante, bénéficiaire et investisseur du projet en question, ce qui lui confère l’entière responsabilité de la mise en œuvre du projet. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer l’efficacité énergétique de la construction de la coopérative d’habitation Legnicka de taille moyenne et, par conséquent, de réduire l’intensité énergétique dans le secteur des PME. Les bénéficiaires du projet sont les employés de la coopérative d’habitation Legnica, les parties prenantes, les autres utilisateurs du bâtiment et leurs clients, qui bénéficieront des effets écologiques et environnementaux du projet, c’est-à-dire la réduction des émissions de polluants dans l’air grâce à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre des activités suivantes: — Exécution de l’isolation de l’objet (toit, paroi non isolée); — Modernisation des fenêtres et des portes; — Modernisation du système de chauffage; — Modernisation des installations d’eau chaude; — L’utilisation de sources d’énergie renouvelables (installation photovoltaïque); — Modernisation de l’éclairage; — Modernisation du système de ventilation — Application du système de gestion de l’énergie Le résultat du projet sera: — augmentation du rapport coût-efficacité résultant de la réduction de la consommation d’énergie thermique dans le bâtiment de la coopérative d’habitation Legnicka, les économies annuelles de coûts énergétiques s’élèveront à 39 283,97 PLN; des économies d’énergie finale (augmentation de l’efficacité énergétique du bâtiment de l’entreprise en réduisant la demande annuelle d’énergie) de 497,24 GJ/an, soit de 39,00 %; — réduire la consommation annuelle d’énergie primaire de 177 142,81 kWh/an (33,00 %); — réduction des émissions de CO2 dans l’atmosphère de 177,12 t/an, soit 41,75 %; réduction des émissions de SO2 de 0,133 t/an, soit 42,40 %; — augmentation de la part des sources d’énergie renouvelables (French)
