Projekt obejmie swym zasięgiem 116 (w tym 84 kobiety) studentów studiów stacjonarnych PSW na kierunkach Ekonomia (I i II stopień) oraz Rachunkowość i Finanse (I stopień). Są to osoby mające deficyty kompetencyjne utrudniające lub nawet uniemożliwiające im podjęcie zatrudnienia w zawodzie. Projekt ma za zadanie podnieść ich kompetencje zawodowe, komunikacyjne, przedsiębiorcze, informatyczne i analityczne zgodnie z wymaganiami stawianymi przez współczesny rynek pracy. Każdy ze studentów objętych projektem będzie mógł indywidualnie wybrać w jakich zajęciach chce uczestniczyć. W ramach projektu realizowane będą warsztaty i certyfikowane szkolenia (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, informatycznych, komunikacyjnych, przedsiębiorczych i analitycznych), zajęcia organizowane wraz z otoczeniem gospodarczym (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych) oraz współpraca z instytucjami zagranicznymi (dot. kompetencji: zawodowych, komunikacyjnych) (KD11). Indywidualny dobór zajęć dla poszczególnych uczestników umożliwia kompleksowe i wielowymiarowe wzmocnienie ich potencjału na rynku pracy. Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci badaniem poziomu kompetencji na początku udziału w projekcie oraz na jego zakończenie. Po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie uczestnicy będą objęci monitoringiem losów absolwentów przez 12 miesięcy, w trakcie którego będzie kontrolowany poziom wykonania wskaźnika dotyczącego 40% absolwentów uczelni, którzy w ciągu 6 miesięcy po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie (KD12). The project will cover 116 (including 84 women) students of PSW’s full-time studies in Economics (I and II) and Accounting and Finance (I degree). They are persons with competence deficits that hinder or even prevent them from taking up employment in the profession. The project aims to improve their professional, communication, entrepreneurial, IT and analytical competences in accordance with the requirements of the modern labour market. Each of the students covered by the project will be able to choose individually what classes they want to participate in. As part of the project, workshops and certified trainings will be carried out (for competences: professional, IT, communication, entrepreneurial and analytical activities, activities organised together with the economic environment (for competences: professional) and cooperation with foreign institutions (for competences: professional, communication) (KD11). Individual selection of classes for individual participants enables a comprehensive and multidimensional strengthening of their potential on the labour market. Project participants will be included in the examination of the level of competence at the beginning of and at the end of the project. After the end of participation in the project, participants will be subject to the monitoring of graduates’ fate for 12 months, during which the level of implementation of the indicator for 40 % of university graduates who continued education or employment within 6 months after the completion of the project will be monitored (KD12). Le projet couvrira 116 étudiants à temps plein (dont 84 femmes) du PSW en économie (I et II) et en comptabilité et finances (premier diplôme). Il s’agit de personnes souffrant de déficits de compétences qui rendent difficile, voire impossible, l’accès à l’emploi dans la profession. Le projet vise à améliorer leurs compétences professionnelles, en matière de communication, d’entrepreneuriat, d’informatique et d’analyse, conformément aux exigences du marché du travail moderne. Chacun des étudiants concernés par le projet pourra choisir individuellement les classes auxquelles il souhaite participer. Le projet réalisera des ateliers et des formations certifiées (compétences: activités professionnelles, informatiques, de communication, entrepreneuriales et analytiques), activités organisées conjointement avec l’environnement économique (compétences: professionnelle) et la coopération avec les institutions étrangères (compétences: professionnel, communication) (KD11). La sélection individuelle des cours pour les participants individuels permet un renforcement complet et multidimensionnel de leur potentiel sur le marché du travail. Les participants au projet seront soumis à un test de compétence au début et à la fin du projet. À la fin de leur participation au projet, les participants seront inclus dans le suivi du sort des diplômés pendant 12 mois, au cours desquels le taux de mise en œuvre de 40 % des diplômés universitaires sera surveillé, qui ont poursuivi leurs études ou leur emploi (KD12) dans les 6 mois suivant la fin de leur participation au projet.
