Celem projektu jest rozwój aktywności badawczo-rozwojowej firmy SISMS Sp. z o.o. poprzez przeprowadzenie prac rozwojowych w wyniku, których powstanie innowacyjny produkt – SISMS 3.0 Cloud. Celami szczegółowymi projektu są: Rozwój działalności badawczo-rozwojowego oraz rozwój umiejętności kadry badawczej firmy SISMS Sp. z o.o. Projekt polegał będzie na prowadzeniu badań rozwojowych umożliwiających wprowadzenie w działalności firmy SISMS Sp. z o.o. nowego prototypu produktu o wysokim potencjalne wykorzystania komercyjnego w Polsce i w krajach UE tj. systemu SISMS 3.0, który składać się będzie z kilkunastu modułów –mikoserwisów i funkcjonalności oraz modułowego interfejsu graficznego Konta mieszkańca. Wprowadzenie innowacji produktowej w zakresie wyżej wymienionego produktu będzie realizowane poprzez prowadzone prace rozwojowe realizowane w 3 etapach: ETAP 1 - Implementacja słuszności koncepcji - POC (Proof of concept) Okres realizacji: 02.01.2018 do 31.03.2018 ETAP 2 Implementacja kluczowych funkcjonalności - MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Okres realizacji: 01.04.2018 do 30.06.2019 ETAP 3 Finalna implementacja prototypu Okres realizacji: 01.07.2019 do 31.12.2019 W pkt. J wniosku dotyczącym informacji o dacie zakończenia realizacji projektu – przyjęto datę 27.01.2020 z uwagi na fakt, iż wynagrodzenie za miesiąc grudzień 2019 będzie wypłacane dopiero 10.01.2020 a składki do ZUS i US za to wynagrodzenie będą zapłacone do 27.01.2020. W wyniku realizacji projektu firma SISMS Sp. z o.o. zrealizuje prace badawcze, zrealizuje projekt B+R, którego efektem będzie system SISM 3.0 Cloud, otrzyma wsparcie w formie dotacji oraz sfinansuje ze środków własnych w zakresie 40% wartości kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu zrealizowane prace badawcze (tzw. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się także do wzrostu zatrudnienia o dwie nowe osoby, które zasilą kadrę naukową działu B+R (Polish)

The aim of the project is to develop the R & D activity of SISMS Sp. z o.o. by carrying out development works resulting in the creation of an innovative product – SISMS 3.0 Cloud. The specific objectives of the project shall be: Development of R & D activity and development of the skills of the research staff of SISMS Sp. z o.o. The project will consist of conducting development research enabling the introduction of a new prototype of a product with high potential commercial use in Poland and in EU countries, i.e. SISMS 3.0, which will consist of a dozen modules – microservices and functionality and a modular graphical interface of the Resident Account. The introduction of product innovation in the above mentioned product will be carried out through the ongoing development work carried out in 3 stages: Stage 1 – Implementation of the concept – POC (Proof of concept) Period of implementation: 02.01.2018 to 31.03.2018 ETAP 2 Implementation of key functionalities – MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Implementation period: 01.04.2018 to 30.06.2019 ETAP 3 Final implementation of the prototype Implementation period: 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2019 In point. J of the request concerning information about the date of completion of the project – the date 27.01.2020 was adopted because the remuneration for the month of December 2019 will be paid only 10.01.2020 and contributions to the Social Insurance Institution and the US will be paid up to 27.01.2020. As a result of the project, SISMS Sp. z o.o. will carry out research works, carry out R & D project, which will result in SISM 3.0 Cloud, receive support in the form of grants and finance from own funds in the range of 40 % of the eligible costs of the project carried out research works (so-called. L’objectif du projet est de développer l’activité de recherche et développement de SISMS Sp. z o.o. en réalisant des travaux de développement débouchant sur la création d’un produit innovant — SISMS 3.0 Cloud. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont les suivants: Développement d’activités de recherche et de développement et développement des compétences de l’équipe de recherche SISMS Sp. z o.o. Le projet consistera à mener des recherches de développement permettant l’introduction dans le SISMS Sp. z o.o. d’un nouveau prototype d’un produit à fort potentiel commercial en Pologne et dans les pays de l’UE, à savoir SISMS 3.0, qui comprendra plusieurs modules — mikoservices et fonctionnalités et une interface graphique modulaire du compte résident. L’introduction de l’innovation de produit dans le produit susmentionné sera réalisée à travers les travaux de développement réalisés en 3 étapes: Étape 1 — Mise en œuvre du concept — POC (Preuve du concept) Période de mise en œuvre: 02.01.2018 au 31.03.2018 ETAP 2 Mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités clés — MVP (produit minimal viable) Période de mise en œuvre: 01.04.2018 au 30.06.2019 ETAP 3 Mise en œuvre finale du prototype Période: 01.07.2019 au 31.12.2019 J de la demande d’informations sur la date d’achèvement du projet — la date a été adoptée le 27.01.2020 en raison du fait que la rémunération pour le mois de décembre 2019 ne sera versée que le 10.01.2020 et que les contributions à ZUS et US pour cette rémunération seront versées au plus tard le 27.01.2020. À la suite du projet, SISMS Sp. z o.o. effectuera des travaux de recherche, mettra en œuvre le projet de R & D, qui aboutira au système SISM 3.0 Cloud, bénéficiera d’un soutien sous la forme de subventions et d’un financement sur ses propres ressources, à hauteur de 40 % de la valeur des coûts éligibles du projet réalisés dans le cadre de la recherche (appelée. Investissements privés complémentaires). La mise en œuvre du projet augmentera également l’emploi de deux nouvelles personnes qui contribueront au personnel de recherche du département R & D.
