Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji 743 studentów PŁ, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa poprzez wsparcie świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług przez biuro karier (BK) wspierających studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy do maja 2020. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 743 studentów/ek PŁ dwóch ostatnich lat studiów I stopnia i wszystkich semestrów studiów II stopnia, wszystkich kierunków studiów realizowanych w PŁ. Potencjalna grupa docelowa liczy obecnie 11015 studentów, w tym 5087 K. Drugą grupą docelową projektu otrzymującą bezpośrednie wsparcie będą wszyscy pracownicy BK (7 osób), których w ramach projektu podwyższają swoje kompetencje zawodowe celem wykorzystania ich w dalszej pracy ze studentami. W ramach projektu realizowane będą zadania: 1) Zakup narzędzi diagnozowania kompetencji służących poradnictwu zawodowemu 2) Wsparcie studentów w rozpoczęciu aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy 3) Akademia Kompetencji Przedsiębiorczych (wspólnie z Samorządem Studenckim oraz organizacjami pozarządowymi) 4) Podniesienie kompetencji pracowników Biura Karier 5) Mentoring w miejscu pracy 6) Monitoring karier zawodowych studentów będących uczestnikami projektu (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the competences of 743 students of the Lodz, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society by supporting the provision of high-quality services by the career office (BK) supporting students in starting their labour market by May 2020. Support will be given to 743 students/years of PŁ last two years of first-degree studies and all semesters of second-cycle studies, all courses of study carried out in PŁ. The potential target group currently has 11015 students, of which 5087 K. The second target group of the project receiving direct support will be all BK employees (7 people), who under the project increase their professional competences in order to use them for further work with students. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1) Purchase of tools to diagnose competences for professional guidance 2) Support students in starting their professional activity on the labour market 3) Academy of Entrepreneurial Competences (joint with Student Self-Government and NGOs) 4) Increasing the competence of employees of Career Office 5) Mentoring in the workplace 6) Monitoring careers of students participating in the project (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer les compétences de 743 étudiants du LMP, en répondant aux besoins de l’économie, du marché du travail et de la société en soutenant la fourniture de services de qualité par le Bureau des carrières (BK) pour aider les étudiants à entrer sur le marché du travail d’ici mai 2020. 743 étudiants des deux dernières années d’études de premier degré et tous les semestres d’études de deuxième degré, tous les domaines d’études réalisés à PŁ, seront soutenus. Le groupe cible potentiel se compose actuellement de 11015 étudiants, dont 5087 K. Le deuxième groupe cible du projet bénéficiant d’un soutien direct sera l’ensemble des employés de BK (7 personnes), qui, dans le cadre du projet, augmentent leurs compétences professionnelles afin de les utiliser dans le cadre d’un travail ultérieur avec les étudiants. Dans le cadre du projet, les tâches suivantes seront exécutées: 1) Acquisition d’outils pour le diagnostic des compétences en matière d’orientation professionnelle 2) Appui aux étudiants pour commencer à travailler sur le marché du travail 3) Académie des compétences entrepreneuriales (conjointement avec l’administration autonome des étudiants et les ONG) 4) Amélioration des compétences des employés du Bureau des carrières 5) Mentorat sur le lieu de travail 6) Suivi de la carrière professionnelle des étudiants participant au projet (French)
