Poprzez realizację projektu pragniemy zaktywizować 49 biernych zawodowo oraz 11 bezrobotnych ( w tym 5 os. długotrwale) osób wieku 18- 29 lat, nieuczestniczących w kształceniu i szkoleniu, zamieszukjących mmiasto stoleczne Warszawa do końca VI 2018r . Grupę docelową to 60 osób młodych (w wieku 18-29 lat) biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych (w tym długotrwale), a także niepełnosprawnych (min. 20 os), zamieszkujących miasto stołeczne Warszawa Proj.zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie dla grupy docelowej, którą stanowi młodzież NEETs poprzez: - poradnictwo zawodowe: obejmujące idywidualne spotkania z doradcą zawod. i utworzenie IPD, warsztaty grupowe podnoszące kompetencje społeczne oraz motywację i samoocenę, - szkolenia zawodowe w obszarach deficytowych na rynku pracy miasta stołecznego Warszawa kończących się egzaminem oraz wydaniem certyfikatu, - staże zawodowe w obszarze realizowanych szkoleń, - pośrednictwo pracy. W wyniku realizacji proj. młode osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia, nie podejmujące kształcenia i szkolenia zidentyfikują swoje predyspozycje i możliwości zawodowe, podniosą samoocenę, motywacjęefektywność zatrudnieniowa w projekcie wyniesie 43% czyli 26 os. znajdzie zatrudnienie. Through the implementation of the project, we want to activate 49 economically inactive and 11 unemployed (including 5 long-term people) people aged 18-29 years, who do not participate in education and training, who search for table mmiasto Warszawa by the end of VI 2018. The target group is 60 young people (aged 18-29 years old) inactive or unemployed (including long-term ones), as well as disabled (min. 20 people) living in the capital city Warszawa Proj. provides comprehensive support for the target group, which is represented by NEETs youth through: — career guidance:Including and individual meetings with a professional adviser. and the creation of IPD, group workshops improving social competence and motivation and self-assessment, – vocational training in areas of deficit in the labour market of the capital city of Warsaw ending with an examination and issuing a certificate, – professional internships in the area of implemented trainings, – employment intermediation. As a result of the project, young people who are unemployed, who do not undertake education and training will identify their predispositions and career opportunities, increase their self-assessment, the incentive for employability in the project will reach 43 % or 26 people will find employment. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, nous voulons activer 49 inactifs et 11 chômeurs (dont 5 personnes de longue durée) âgés de 18 à 29 ans, ne participant pas à l’éducation et à la formation, à la recherche d’une ville de table Varsovie d’ici la fin du VI 2018. Le groupe cible est 60 jeunes (âgés de 18 à 29 ans) inactifs ou sans emploi (y compris de longue durée), ainsi que les personnes handicapées (au moins 20 personnes) vivant dans la capitale de Varsovie Proj. fournit un soutien complet au groupe cible, qui est les jeunes NEET par: — Orientation professionnelle: y compris des réunions individuelles avec un conseiller professionnel et la création d’un DPI, des ateliers de groupe améliorant les compétences sociales et la motivation et l’auto-évaluation, — la formation professionnelle dans les domaines qui présentent un déficit sur le marché du travail de la capitale Varsovie, se terminant par un examen et la délivrance d’un certificat, — des stages professionnels dans le domaine de la formation, — la médiation professionnelle. Grâce au projet, les jeunes sans emploi qui n’entreprennent pas d’études et de formation identifieront leurs prédispositions et opportunités de carrière, augmenteront l’estime de soi, la motivation de l’efficacité de l’emploi dans le projet sera de 43 %, c’est-à-dire 26 personnes trouveront un emploi.
