Celem głównym proj. jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 510osób młodych (w tym 306k) w wieku15-29 lat, biernych zawodowo, bez pracy, którenie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) z 4 pow. woj. małopolskiego (M. Nowy Sącz, Pow. Nowosądecki, Pow. Limanowski, Pow.Gorlicki) poprzez zapewnienie profesjonalnego wsparcia w określaniu ścieżki zawodowej, rozwijaniu i zdobywaniu kompetencji oraz doś.zawodowego do końca października 2020 r.Główne rezultaty proj.:- Liczba osób bier. zawodowo nieuczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu objętym wsparciem w proj: 510 os./ 306 k,- Liczba osób poniżej 30 lat z niepełnosprawnością objętych wsparciem w proj: 20os./12k,- Licz. os. poniżej 30lat, które uzyskają kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu proj: 165 os./99 k,- Odsetek UP(z wyłącz. os. niepełnosprawnych i o niskich kwalifikacjach), którzy podejmą zatrudnienie (rozumiane jako podjęcie pracy w oparciu o: um. pracy, um.cywilnoprawną i podjęciedział. gosp.) w okresie 3 m-cy po zakoń. udziału w proj.: 43%- Odset. osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętymi wsparciem w proj., które podejmą zatrudnienie w okresie 3 mies.po zakoń. udziału w proj.: 17%- Odset. osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w proj., które podejmą zatrudnienia w okresie 3 mies. po zakoń. udziału w proj.: 48%Grupa docelowa:510 os. młodych (w tym 306k) w wieku 15-29lat, bier. zawodowo, bez pracy, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) z4 pow. woj. małopolskiego (Nowy Sącz, P. The main aim of the project is to improve the situation on the labour market of 510 young people (including 306k) aged 15-29, inactive in employment, who do not participate in education and training (NEET youth) from 4 districts of Małopolska voivodship (M. Nowy Sącz, Pow. It’s New Judgment, Pow. Limanowski, Pow.Gorlicki) by providing professional support in defining the professional path, developing and acquiring competences and occupational skills by the end of October 2020 Main results of the project:- Number of professionals not participating in education or training supported in the project: 510 persons/306 k,- Number of people under 30 years of age with disabilities supported in the project: 20os./12k,- Numbers below 30 years who will be qualified after leaving the project: 165 persons/99 k,- Percentage of UP (excl. persons with disabilities and low-skilled persons) who will take up employment (understood as taking up work based on: um. work, um. civil law and taking up. head office) during the period of 3 m after the end of participation in the project: 43 %- Percentage of persons with disabilities supported in the project, who will take up employment in the period of 3 months after the end of participation in the project: 17 %- Percentage of low-skilled people supported in the project, who will take up employment in the period of 3 months after the end of the project: 48 %The target group:510 young people (including 306k) aged 15-29 years, work-free, without work, which do not participate in education and training (neet youth) from 4 of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Nowy Sącz, P. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la situation sur le marché du travail de 510 jeunes (dont 306 000) âgés de 15 à 29 ans, économiquement inactifs, sans emploi, ne participant pas à l’éducation et à la formation (NEET) des quatre régions de voïvodie de Małopolska (M. Nowy Sącz, Pow). La nouvelle juridiction, Pow. Limanowski, Pow.Gorlicki) en apportant un soutien professionnel à la détermination du parcours professionnel, au développement et à l’acquisition de compétences et de formation professionnelle d’ici à la fin du mois d’octobre 2020.Les principaux résultats du projet:- Nombre de personnes qui ne participent pas, sur le plan professionnel, à l’éducation ou à la formation soutenue par le projet: 510 personnes/306 k,- Nombre de personnes handicapées de moins de 30 ans soutenues dans le cadre du projet: 20p./12k,- Nombre de personnes de moins de 30 ans à être qualifiées après avoir quitté le projet: 165 personnes/99 k,- Pourcentage de UP (à l’exclusion des personnes handicapées et des personnes peu qualifiées) qui prendront un emploi (considéré comme occupant un emploi sur la base: travail, droit civil et entreprise. GOSP.) dans la période de 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet: 43 % — Pourcentage de personnes handicapées soutenues dans le cadre du projet qui prendront un emploi dans les 3 mois suivant la fin du projet: 17 % — Pourcentage de personnes peu qualifiées soutenues dans le cadre du projet qui prendront un emploi dans les 3 mois suivant la fin du projet: 48 %Groupe de docelowa:510 jeunes (dont 306k) âgés de 15 à 29 ans, à titre professionnel, sans emploi, qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (NEET) de la région de Małopolska (Nowy Sącz, P. Nowosądecki, P. Limanowski, P. Gorlicki), à l’exclusion des groupes définis pour le mode de concours dans la sous-mesure 1.3.1.Tâches principales:- recrutement et promotion (intermédiaire), grâce à l’implication de tous les partenaires locaux- l’identification des besoins et le diagnostic des opportunités- l’orientation professionnelle- le placement professionnel, effectué sur une base continue,- les subventions pour la création d’un état de travail sous forme de télétravail,- la formation et les examens- les stages- le soutien à la mobilité- le soutien aux personnes handicapées- les subventions (French)
