Cel gł. Projektuto aktywizacja zawod. i zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 460 K i M biernych zawodowo, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, w wieku15-29 lat,które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu-tzw.młodzież NEET zamieszkujących na terenie Subregionu Tarnowskiego(pow.m.Tarnowa, tarnowskiego, brzeskiego i dąbrowskiego) do końca XII.2020r. W ramach projektu zapewnione będzie indywidualne i kompleksowe wsparcie w postaci aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej. Projekt zakłada: -Diagnozę potrzeb, IPD i pośrednictwo pracy dla 460 Uczestników PR, -Wsparcie Psychologiczne dla śr.165UP, Doradztwo Zawodowe dla śr.135UP,Coaching dla śr.75 UP oraz Doradztwo Grupowe dla śr.180UP -Pracę metodą trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego (TZW) dla min.100UP -Szkolenia/kursy zawodowe umożliwiające uzyskanie kwalifikacji ( dla 30%UP) lub/i kompetencji [wg potrzeb Pracodawców i predyspozycji UP]dla śr.170UP -Staże dla śr.262UP -Szkolenia i doradztwo przed założeniem firmy dla 78UP -Bezwzrotne dotacje na ZałożenieDG oraz doradcze wsparcie pomostowe dla śr.66UP Realizow.wsparcie dla UP będzie odp. na potrzeby region.RP i wpłynie na aktywiz.zaw. 460UP,poprawę syt.na r.pracy oraz zwiększ.szans na zatrudn. Zgodnie z oczekiwaniami NEET nacisk położony na indywidualizację wsp.,zastosowanie szerszego wachlarza instrumentów wobec każdego UP zwiększy skuteczność wsp.i przyczyni się do zwiększenia atrakcyjności zawod.os.młodych. Każde działanie w ramach PR prowadzi do zatrudnienia/założenia DG. PR zakłada podmiotowy i czynny udział osoby młodej w ustalaniu i realizacji własnej ścieżki dojścia do zatrudnienia [kryt.dostępu 6] PR zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie obejmujące CO NAJMNIEJ 3 formy wsparcia dobrane do indywidualnych potrzeb[ kryt. Dostępu 7] W ciągu czterech miesięcy od dnia przystąpienia do projektu osobom młodym zostanie zapewniona wysokiej jakości oferta zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu (Polish)

Aim, point, point. The project was to activate the profession and increase the employability of 460 K and M professionally inactive, including persons with disabilities, aged 15-29 years, who do not participate in education and training – so-called NEETs living in the Tarnów Subregion (Tarnov, Tarnów, Tarnów, Brest and Dąbrowski) until the end of XII.2020. The project will provide individual and comprehensive support in the form of professional and educational activation. The project consists of: —Diagnosis of needs, IPD and employment intermediation for 460 Participants of the PR, – Psychological support for WW.165UP, Vocational Advice for Wed.135UP,Coaching for wed.75 UP and Group Advice for wed.180UP – Works by the method of the trainer supported employment (TZW) for min.100UP – Training/vocational courses enabling to obtain qualifications (for 30 % of the programme) or for employment services. 460UP,improvement of work and increase the chance for employment. According to NEET’s expectations, the emphasis placed on individualisation, the use of a broader range of instruments for each UP will increase the effectiveness of the partners and will contribute to the attractiveness of young people. Each FP action leads to DG employment/establishment. The PR assumes the personal and active participation of the young person in the establishment and implementation of their own path of access to employment [Crit.access 6] PR provides comprehensive support covering the NEW 3 forms of support tailored to individual needs[covery. Le projet vise à activer la profession et à accroître l’employabilité des personnes inactives de 460 K et M, y compris les personnes handicapées, âgées de 15 à 29 ans, qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation — les soi-disant NEET vivant dans la sous-région de Tarnów (Pow.m.Tarnów, Tarnów, Brest et Dąbrowski) jusqu’à la fin décembre 2020. Le projet suppose: —Diagnostic des besoins, IPD et placement d’emploi pour 460 participants PR, — Soutien psychologique au milieu de 165UP, Conseil professionnel au milieu de 135UP,Coaching for p. 75 UP et Conseil de groupe pour le milieu de 180UP — Travailler par la méthode de l’aide à l’emploi formateur (SCI) pour min. 100UP — Cours de formation/professionnels pour l’obtention de qualifications (pour 30 %UP) et/ou compétences [selon les besoins des employeurs et la prédisposition de l’UP] pour le milieu 170UP — Internships pour mercredi 262UP -Formation et consultation avant la création d’une entreprise pour 78UP -Bezwzrotny subventions pour la FondationDG et conseil de pont soutien pour W.66UP Realizow.support pour UP répondra aux besoins de la région.RP et affectera activation.zaw. 460UP,J’améliorerai le travail et augmentera les chances d’être difficile. Conformément aux attentes des NEET, l’accent mis sur l’individualisation, l’utilisation d’un plus large éventail d’instruments pour chaque PU augmentera l’efficacité et l’attractivité des professions des jeunes. Chaque action du PC conduit à la DG emploi/établissement. PR présuppose la participation individuelle et active du jeune à l’établissement et à la mise en œuvre de sa propre voie d’accès à l’emploi [critique d’accès 6] PR fournit un soutien complet, y compris COVER 3 formes de soutien adaptés aux besoins individuels[critique.
