Projekt przewiduje realizację staży wysokiej jakości adresowanych do 155ST162ST (114K135K/41M27M) kierunku administracja I i II stopnia studiów stacjonarnych KUL do 03.2018 r. Projekt przewiduje zapewnienie im udziału w stażach wysokiej jakości, zgodnie z wytycznymi zawartymi w Zaleceniu Rady z dn. 10.03.2014 w sprawie ram jakości staży (2014/C 88/01)oraz Polskimi Ramami Jakości Staży i Praktyk opracowanymi przez Polskie Stowarzyszenie Zarządzania Kadrami. Każdy staż będzie realizowany w oparciu o program stworzony przy współpracy z przyjmującym stażystę pracodawcą, dzięki czemu ST kierunku A będą rozwijali rzeczywiście oczekiwane przez pracodawców kompetencje oraz wykonywali zadania właściwe dla danego środowiska pracy, szczególnie w szeroko rozumianej administracji publicznej w odpowiedzi na stałe zapotrzebowanie na wykwalifikowanych pracowników w tym obszarze. Program stażu będzie również podlegał ocenie pod kątem zgodności planowanych działań z efektami kształcenia dla konkretnego kierunku, dzięki czemu ST ww. kierunków będą mogli wykorzystać w praktyce zdobywaną podczas studiów wiedzę i umiejętności. Każdy ST otrzyma zaświadczenie oraz opinię/referencje, potwierdzających nabycie określonych w programie stażu KMP/umiej. praktycz., wraz z ich oceną oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego. Ma to na celu poprawę sytuacji zatrudnieniowej ST kier. A KUL, dla których znaczącą przeszkodą w znalezieniu pracy jest mało praktyczne przygotowanie do wykonywania zawodu. Projekt przewiduje również realizację staży zagranicznych, aby stworzyć ST kier. A okazję do nabycia unikalnego doświadczenia międzynarodowego, przydatnego zwłaszcza dla tych ABS-ów A, którzy będą starać się o zatrudnienie w instytucjach/jednostkach administracji publicznej/przedsiębiorstwach funkcjonujących w oparciu o współpracę międzynarodową. The project envisages the implementation of high-quality traineeships addressed to 155ST162ST (114K135K/41M27M) of administration of the first and second degree of full-time studies until 03.2018. The project envisages ensuring their participation in high-quality traineeships, in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Council Recommendation dated. 10.03.2014 on the quality framework for traineeships (2014/C 88/01) and the Polish Quality Framework for Traineeships and Practice developed by the Polish Association for Personnel Management. Each traineeship will be implemented on the basis of a programme created in cooperation with the host employer, so that ST direction A will develop the real skills expected by employers and perform tasks specific to the working environment, especially in the broadly understood public administration in response to the constant demand for qualified workers in this area. The traineeship programme will also be assessed in terms of the compatibility of the planned activities with the learning outcomes for a particular course, so that the ST of the above-mentioned courses will be able to use the knowledge and skills acquired during their studies. Each ST will receive a certificate and an opinion/reference confirming the acquisition of KMP/agreements specified in the programme. Practical, together with their assessment and gaining professional experience. This is aimed at improving the employment situation of ST hearts. A KUL, for which a significant obstacle to finding a job is the lack of practical preparation for the profession. The project also provides for foreign internships to create ST hearts. And an opportunity to acquire unique international experience, especially for those ABS A, who will seek employment in institutions/public administration units/enterprises based on international cooperation. Le projet prévoit la mise en œuvre de stages de haute qualité destinés au 155ST162ST (114K135K/41M27M) dans le domaine de l’administration du premier et du deuxième degré d’études à temps plein KUL jusqu’au 03.2018. Le projet prévoit leur participation à des stages de haute qualité, conformément aux lignes directrices énoncées dans la recommandation du Conseil du. 10.03.2014 sur le cadre de qualité pour les stages (2014/C 88/01) et le cadre de qualité polonais pour les stages et les pratiques élaborés par l’Association polonaise de gestion du personnel. Chaque stage sera effectué sur la base d’un programme créé en coopération avec l’employeur d’accueil, afin que la direction ST A développe les compétences réellement attendues par les employeurs et exécute des tâches spécifiques à l’environnement de travail donné, en particulier dans l’administration publique au sens large, en réponse à la demande constante de travailleurs qualifiés dans ce domaine. Le programme de stages sera également évalué en fonction de la compatibilité des activités prévues avec les acquis d’apprentissage dans un domaine particulier, afin que les ST des cours susmentionnés puissent utiliser dans la pratique les connaissances et les compétences acquises au cours de leurs études. Chaque ST recevra un certificat et un avis/références confirmant l’acquisition du programme de stage KMP/pratique, ainsi que leur évaluation et l’acquisition d’une expérience professionnelle. Il s’agit d’améliorer la situation de l’emploi dans les cœurs ST. Et KUL, pour laquelle un obstacle important à la recherche d’un emploi est le manque de préparation pratique à la profession. Le projet prévoit également la mise en place de stages à l’étranger pour créer des cœurs ST. Et une occasion d’acquérir une expérience internationale unique, en particulier pour les APA A, qui chercheront un emploi dans des institutions/unités d’administration publique/entreprises opérant sur la base de la coopération internationale.
