Celem głównym proj. jest umożliwienie oddziaływania przedsięb. z sektora gospodarki odpadami na dostawców usług edu. i rozwoj., zarówno w sferze edukacji form., jak i pozaformalnej oraz zbudowanie właściwego partner. przedsięb. z tego sektora z instyt. rynku pracy poprzez powołanie i funkcjonowanie Rady ds. Kompetencji Sektora Odzysku Materiałowego Surowców.Dzieki realizacji celu przedsięb. będą dostarczać wiarygodnych danych o potrzebnych kwalifikacjach w reprezentowanym przez siebie sektorze. Pozwoli to na wzrost skuteczności działań szkol. i dorad., z których korzystać będą przedsięb. Wnioskod. wsparciem obejmie l. osób i podmiotów, które założył w wskaźnikach włączając ich w identyfikację i prognozowanie potrzeb kwalifikacyjno-zawodowych na rynku pracy. W ramach projektu planuje się zaangażować do współp. min. 115 osób. o których mowa w zad. 2 i 3 oraz 210 podm., z zad.2 i 6. Rezult. min.:- L.Utw. i funk. RS ds. Komp. Sek. Mat. Sur - 1- L.przeds. Włącz. w ident. i prog. potrzeb kwalif.-zawod. na rynku pracy dzięki EFS:100- L.oprac. rek. I kompet. dla sek. - 6 szt.- L.oprac. strategii planu komun. I działań informacyjnych dla sektora - 1 szt.- L.oprac. Rek. Zakr. sek. ramy - 3 szt.- L.rapor. z badań i monitorowania zapotrzebowania na kompetencje w sektorze - 4 szt.Działania podejmowane w projekcie: 1. Powołanie i funkcjonowanie SR2. Inicjowanie i realizacja stałej współp. w zakresie zapotrzebowania na kompetencje oraz bieżącego dokształcania pomiędzy instytucjami edukacyjnymi i przedsiębiorstwami3. Identyfikacja obszarów badawczych, badania i monitor. zapotrzebowania na kompetencje w sektorze 4. Identyfikacja potrzeb tworzenia sektorowej ramy kwalifikacji oraz kwalifikacji 5. Opracowanie rekomendacji zapotrzebowania oraz zmian i rozwiązań w obszarze edukacji dla sektora 6. Przeprowadzenie kampanii informacyjnej dla instytucji edukacyjnych, rynku pracy i partnerów społecznych w zakresie potrzeb edukacyjnych sektora.Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym PO WER. L’objectif principal du projet est de permettre aux entreprises du secteur de la gestion des déchets d’influencer les prestataires de services d’éducation et de développement, tant dans le domaine de l’éducation formelle que de l’éducation non formelle, et de construire le bon partenaire de ce secteur avec l’instigation du marché du travail par la création et le fonctionnement du Conseil. Identification des besoins en matière de création d’un cadre sectoriel de certifications et de certifications 5. Préparation de recommandations sur la demande, les changements et les solutions dans le domaine de l’éducation pour le secteur 6. Mener une campagne d’information à l’intention des établissements d’enseignement, du marché du travail et des partenaires sociaux sur les besoins éducatifs du secteur, conformément à l’objectif spécifique de l’OP KED.
