POWIAT MIKOŁOWSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MIKOŁOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie mikołowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez jak największą liczbę uczestników projektu. Działaniami planowanymi w projekcie wsparciem zostanie objętych 136 osób bezrobotnych poniżej 30 roku życia zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Mikołowie, dla których określono profil pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II (tzw. bezrobotni potrzebujący wsparcia). W ramach projektu każdy uczestnik przed objęciem go konkretną ofertą aktywizacji poddany zostanie indywidualnej analizie jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na podstawie tej analizy oraz przygotowanego planu działania PUP w Mikołowie realizował będzie odpowiednio dobrane dla danego uczestnika usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Mikołowski district. The main result of the project will be the employment of as many participants as possible. The activities planned in the project will cover 136 unemployed persons under the age of 30 registered at the District Labour Office in Mikołów, for whom the assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or II (so-called unemployed in need of support) has been identified. As part of the project, each participant will be subjected to an individual analysis of their skills, predispositions and professional problems before being included in a specific offer of activation. On the basis of this analysis and the prepared action plan of the PUP in Mikołów, the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions will be implemented appropriately for a given participant. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Mikołów. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement du plus grand nombre possible de participants au projet. Les mesures prévues dans le projet concerneront 136 chômeurs âgés de moins de 30 ans inscrits au bureau de district du travail de Mikołów, pour lesquels un profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou II (personnes dites sans emploi ayant besoin d’une aide) a été défini. Dans le cadre du projet, chaque participant sera soumis à une analyse individuelle de ses compétences, de sa prédisposition et de ses problèmes professionnels avant de passer à une offre d’activation spécifique. Sur la base de cette analyse et du plan d’action élaboré par l’OLP à Mikołów, les services et les instruments du marché du travail visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail seront mis en œuvre de manière appropriée pour le participant concerné.
