Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy wmieście na prawachpowiatu Siemianowice Śląskie.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez84osoby zarejestrowane w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie.The main result of the project will be to take up employment by 84 people registered in the PUP.The project will include people under 30 years of age qualified to help I (so-called active unemployed) or the support profile II (so-called “requiring support”). On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la ville de Siemianowice Śląskie. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par 84 personnes inscrites à l’OLP.Dans le cadre du projet, les personnes de moins de 30 ans seront éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, chacun des participants présentera une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
