Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia os. młodych poniżej 30r.ż.pozostających bez pracy w powiecie olsztyńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 12% osób niepełnosprawnych, 31% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 38% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup zarejestrowanych w UPPO. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie UPPO realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Uczestnikami projektu są 343 osoby młode w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w UPPO jako bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy),które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw.młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w PO WER 2014-2020.Planowane w ramach projektu formy wsparcia to: staże dla 290,00 osób, bony szkoleniowe dla 10 osób, bony na zasiedlenie dla 10 osób oraz dofinansowanie na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 23 osób, dla 10 osób szkolenia (indywidualne).Zakładany okres realizacji projektu:01.04.2015r.-30.06.2016r. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under 30 who are unemployed in Olsztyn County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 30 % of the long-term unemployed, 12 % of people with disabilities, 31 % of low-skilled people, 38 % of participants not eligible for any of the above mentioned groups registered in the UPPO. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PPO will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.Participants of the project are 343 young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, registered with the UPPO as unemployed (members of the I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEET youth), as defined by the NEET project group 2014-2020 in POER. internships for 290,00 people, training vouchers for 10 people, settlement vouchers for 10 people and co-financing for business activity for 23 people, for 10 people training (individual). L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont au chômage dans le comté d’Olsztyn. Le principal résultat du projet sera 30 % des chômeurs de longue durée, 12 % des personnes handicapées, 31 % des personnes peu qualifiées, 38 % des participants non éligibles à l’un des groupes susmentionnés inscrits à l’UPPO. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’UPPO mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail. Les participants au projet sont 343 jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont au chômage, inscrits à l’UPPO en tant que chômeurs (appartenant au premier ou au deuxième profil d’aide), qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (les «NEET»), conformément à la définition des NEET adoptée dans le PO KED 2014-2020.Les formes de soutien prévues dans le cadre du projet sont les suivantes: des stages pour 290,00 personnes, des bons de formation pour 10 personnes, des bons pour 10 personnes et des subventions pour la création d’une entreprise pour 23 personnes, pour 10 personnes de formation (individuelle).
