Dans le cadre du projet, le nouveau système organisationnel, conforme à l’article 110 bis de la loi sur l’assistance sociale et aux hypothèses relatives à la modification de la loi sur l’aide sociale, sera séparé dans le cadre de la vision de la structure du GOPSKąkolewnica: 1.Le premier statut de contact2.Stanowiskods.working3.Stanowiskods.services4.Stanowiskods.prestations accordées par décisionImise en œuvre de la structure à l’issue de la période allant du 01.05.2018 au 30.04.2019.La mise en œuvre du projet sera possible grâce à une formation adéquate des employés (formation, supervision), à la mise en œuvre de la méthode de travail social avec différents groupes de clients conformément aux nouvelles normes indiquées dans le concours, il est nécessaire d’identifier clairement les personnes qui ont besoin d’assistance, comment remplir les obligations des travailleurs sociaux, de ne pas tirer parti du degré élevé de capacité de coopération pour assurer une identification efficace et efficace de la situation des nécessiteux. Le groupe cible est conçu par le Centre municipal d’assistance sociale Kąkolewnica,travailleurs sociaux du Centre.Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projetGOPSKąkolewnica prévoit de réaliser les actions/tâches suivantes:1. Préparation à la création d’une nouvelle structure GOPS Kąkolewnica;2. Mise en œuvre du nouveau modèle de gestion GOPS Kąkolewnica; (French)
