Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie starogardzkim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 210 osób biorących udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30- zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw.wymagający wsparcia) . W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in the Oldgard district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 210 people participating in the project. The project will support people aged 30 who are eligible for assistance profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (requiring support). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de la Vieille Ville. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement d’au moins 210 participants au projet. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien requis»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
