Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie puckim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 257os. zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed in Puck County.The main result of the project will be the employment of 257 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people aged 18-29 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant.On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes âgés de 18 à 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Puck, le principal résultat étant de 257 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de 18 à 29 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné.
