Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district.The main result of the project will be to take up employment by 105 people registered in the PUP.The project will support people under 30 years of age qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the support profile II(so-called “promotion of employment” instruments).As part of the project, for each participant, the institution of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems of the participant. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi des jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district.Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par 105 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné.
