Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby młode w wieku 18 - 29 lat pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Brzesku jako bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 420 młodych osób bezrobotnych. Dzięki współpracy z doradcą klienta, każdy z uczestników projektu skorzysta z indywidualnego i kompleksowego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowo - edukacyjnej. Wsparcie to obejmować będzie usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w przepisach ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Dz. U. z 2015 r., poz. 149). Projekt zakłada: ¦ ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup docelowych – na poziomie co najmniej 43% ¦ dla osób niepełnosprawnych – wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 17% ¦ dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 35% ¦ dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 36%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29 who are unemployed in the Brest County, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs). Participants of the project will be young people aged 18-29 who are unemployed, registered at the District Labour Office in Brzesk as unemployed (members of the I or II aid profile) who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEET youth). The project will support 420 young unemployed people. Thanks to cooperation with the client’s advisor, each of the project participants will benefit from individual and comprehensive support in the field of professional and educational activation. This support will include labour market services and instruments as defined in the provisions of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (Dz. U. of 2015, item. 149. The project consists of: ¦ the overall employment efficiency ratio for participants not eligible for any of the following target groups – at least 43 % ¦ for disabled persons – employment efficiency ratio of at least 17 % ¦ for the long-term unemployed – employment efficiency ratio of at least 35 % ¦ for low-skilled persons – employment efficiency ratio of at least 36 %.
