Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 90 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP Sochaczew. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników (czyli dla 196 osób, w tym 109 K i 87 M) przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika - tzn. stworzenie bądź modyfikacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP Sochaczew realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 90 unemployed people registered in the Sochaczew PUP. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project for each participant (i.e. for 196 people, including 109 K and 87 M), presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant – i.e. the creation or modification of the Individual Action Plan. On this basis, PUP Sochaczew will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Sochaczewski. Le principal résultat du projet sera le recrutement d’au moins 90 chômeurs inscrits au PUP de Sochaczew. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «obligatoire de soutien»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants (c’est-à-dire pour 196 personnes, dont 109 K et 87 M), la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné — c’est-à-dire la création ou la modification du plan d’action individuel. Sur cette base, le PUP Sochaczew mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, conformément à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
