Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie jaworskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 207 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej formy aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Jaworsk County. The main result of the project will be the employment of 207 people registered in the PUP.The project will include people under 30 years of age qualified for the I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).As part of the project, the presentation of a specific form of professional activation for each participant will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Jaworski. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 207 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (ce que l’on appelle le soutien nécessaire).Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants, la présentation d’une forme spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
