Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włodawskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: 35% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 36% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 17% niepełnosprawnych, 43% osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni akltywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszystkie osoby (240) objęte zostaną pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawodowym. Bon szkoleniowy otrzyma 25 osób, bon na zasiedlenie 25 osób, staż 160 osób, szkolenia indywidualne 10 osób, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działaności gospodarczej 20 osób. Strona - (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Włodawa. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: 35 % of the long-term unemployed, 36 % of the low-skilled, 17 % with disabilities, 43 % of those not eligible for any of the above-mentioned target groups. The project will support people under the age of 30 who are qualified as an aid profile (so-called “accredited unemployed”) or an aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. All persons (240) will be covered by work or professional guidance. The training voucher will receive 25 people, a voucher for the settlement of 25 people, an internship of 160 people, individual training 10 people, one-off measures for taking up economic activity of 20 people. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la voïvodie. Le principal résultat du projet sera de créer des emplois pour au moins: 35 % des chômeurs de longue durée, 36 % des personnes peu qualifiées, 17 % des personnes handicapées, 43 % des personnes non éligibles à l’un des groupes cibles susmentionnés. Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans qui sont éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs clients») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «requis d’aide»). Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Toutes les personnes (240) bénéficieront d’un placement professionnel ou d’une orientation professionnelle. Le bon de formation recevra 25 personnes, un bon pour 25 personnes, un stage de 160 personnes, une formation individuelle de 10 personnes, des fonds ponctuels pour entreprendre une activité économique de 20 personnes.
