Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy w powiecie brzeskim, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET).W ramach projektu realizowana będzie indywidualna i kompleksowa aktywizacja zawodowo-edukacyjna osób młodych, która opierać będzie się na co najmniej trzech elementach indywidualnej i kompleksowej pomocy wskazanych w typach operacji w ramach osi I, przy czym Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD) oraz pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe będzie stanowiło obligatoryjny element wsparcia. Projekt zakłada: - minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci) - tj. 42%;- minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup tj. 57%.Projekt realizowany będzie zgodnie z Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFES w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014 - 2020. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29 who are unemployed in the Brest County, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs).The project will implement individual and comprehensive vocational and educational activation of young people, which will be based on at least three elements of individual and comprehensive assistance identified in the types of operations under Axis I, which will be a mandatory part of the work plan and/or the Individual Action Plan (Individual and Comprehensive Assistance). The project consists of: — minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for the most vulnerable (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED level 3), immigrants, migrants) – i.e. 42 %;- minimum level of employment efficiency criterion for other non-members i.e. 57 %.The project will be implemented in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects with the participation of EFES funds in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020.
