POWIAT WOŁOWSKI - POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WOŁOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 18-29 lat, które zostały zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Następnie na tej podstawie każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej. Będzie to podstawa do realizacji przez PUP odpowiednio dobranych usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Voivodeship. The project will support people aged 18-29 who have been selected as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The project will analyse the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant. This will be the basis for the implementation by PUPs of appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans la voïvodie. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de 18 à 29 ans qui ont été sélectionnées pour le profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeurs actifs») ou le profil d’aide II (appelé «profil d’aide»). Le projet analysera les compétences, les aptitudes et les problèmes professionnels de chaque participant. Sur cette base, chaque participant recevra alors une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle. C’est sur cette base que l’OLP fournira des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
