Przedsięwzięcie spółki Motorro dotyczy zaprojektowania i wdrożenia do użytkowania innowacji produktowej w postaci aplikacji dla sklepów oraz warsztatów do zarządzania zakupami części motoryzacyjnych w hurtowniach. Produkt składa się z 3 podstawowych funkcjonalności: porównanie indywidualnej ceny w wielu hurtowniach jednocześnie porównanie dostępności poszukiwanej części dostępność do części z całego rynku Pomysł jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę rynku w zakresie oszczędności w portfelu zamawiających części. W dotychczasowym systemie zamówień części samochodowych na rynku profesjonalistów nie istnieje podobne rozwiązanie, można jedynie odnaleźć rozbudowane systemy ERP posiadające moduł porównywania cen – jednak ze względu na koszt wdrożenia nie mają one tak szerokiego zasięgu jak proponowane przez nas rozwiązanie. Nasz produkt – aplikacja motorro – pozwala na automatyczne i precyzyjne porównanie indywidualnej ceny danej części w kilku różnych hurtowniach. A więc oszczędza czas wyszukania cenowo lepszej oferty, zatrzymuje klienta w warsztacie (bo cena usługi okazuje się konkurencyjna) i daje jasne i rzetelne spojrzenie na ceny we wszystkich współpracujących podmiotach. Dzięki naszej aplikacji klient – może wyszukać interesującą go część motoryzacyjną po indeksie i do tego otrzyma jeszcze informację o tańszych zamiennikach danej części. Jest to niezwykle ważne ze względu na zautomatyzowanie całego procesu wyszukiwania i porównywania części motoryzacyjnych. Z dotychczas manualnego porównywania warsztaty będą miały w końcu możliwość automatycznego procesu dokonywania zamówień i jednocześnie porównania cen i sprawdzenia zamienników. Oprócz podstawowej funkcjonalności – motorro - system będzie posiadał 3 dodatkowe funkcjonalności dla współpracujących hurtowni: możliwość pozyskania nowego klienta przy rejestracji w aplikacji możliwość pozyskania klienta ze względu na dostępność produktu raporty z decyzyjności zakupowych klientów (sklepów i warsztatów) (Polish)

Motorro’s project concerns the design and implementation of product innovation in the form of applications for stores and workshops for the management of purchases of automotive parts in wholesalers. The product consists of 3 basic functionalities: comparison of individual price in many wholesalers at the same time comparing the availability of the desired part availability to parts from the whole market The idea is a response to the market’s need for savings in the portfolio of parts contracting. There is no similar solution in the existing procurement system of automotive parts on the professional market, only extensive ERP systems with price comparison modules can be found – however, due to the cost of implementation, they are not as broad as the solution we have proposed. Our product – the motorro application – allows for automatic and precise comparison of the individual price of a given part in several different wholesalers. Thus, it saves time to find a better offer, stops the customer in the workshop (because the price of the service turns out to be competitive) and gives a clear and reliable view of prices in all cooperating entities. Thanks to our application, the customer can search for an interesting automotive part after the index and will also receive information about cheaper replacements of a given part. This is extremely important due to the automation of the entire process of searching and comparing automotive parts. From so far manual comparison, workshops will finally have the opportunity to automatically process orders and at the same time compare prices and check substitutes. In addition to the basic functionality – motorro – the system will have 3 additional functionalities for cooperating wholesalers: possibility of acquiring a new client when registering in the application the possibility of acquiring customers due to the availability of the product reports on the decision-making of customers (shops and workshops) (English)

Le projet de Motorro concerne la conception et la mise en œuvre de l’innovation de produits sous la forme d’applications pour les magasins et d’ateliers pour la gestion des achats de pièces automobiles dans les grossistes. Le produit se compose de 3 fonctionnalités de base: comparaison du prix individuel dans de nombreux grossistes en même temps comparant la disponibilité de la pièce recherchée à des pièces provenant de l’ensemble du marché L’idée est une réponse au besoin du marché d’économies dans le portefeuille de pièces de commande. Dans le système actuel de commande de pièces automobiles sur le marché professionnel, il n’y a pas de solution similaire, vous ne pouvez trouver que des systèmes ERP étendus avec un module de comparaison de prix — cependant, en raison du coût de mise en œuvre, ils n’ont pas une portée aussi large que la solution que nous proposons. Notre produit — l’application motorro — permet une comparaison automatique et précise du prix individuel d’une pièce donnée chez plusieurs grossistes différents. Il permet donc de gagner du temps pour rechercher une meilleure offre de prix, d’arrêter le client dans l’atelier (car le prix du service s’avère compétitif) et de donner une vue claire et fiable des prix dans toutes les entités coopérantes. Grâce à notre application, le client peut rechercher une pièce automobile intéressante par index et recevra également des informations sur les remplacements moins chers d’une pièce donnée. Ceci est extrêmement important en raison de l’automatisation de l’ensemble du processus de recherche et de comparaison des pièces automobiles. À partir de la comparaison manuelle précédente, les ateliers auront enfin la possibilité de traiter automatiquement les commandes et en même temps de comparer les prix et de vérifier les remplacements. En plus de la fonctionnalité de base — motorro — le système comportera 3 fonctionnalités supplémentaires pour les grossistes coopérants: possibilité d’acquérir un nouveau client lors de l’inscription dans l’application, possibilité d’acquérir un client en raison de la disponibilité des rapports produits sur la prise de décision des clients (boutiques et ateliers) (French)
