W ramach projektu zostaną sfinansowane płaca zasadnicza wraz z kwalifikowalnymi elementami wynagrodzeń (tj.dodatek stażowy, za stopień służbowy, zadaniowy, służby zagranicznej, nagrody, wynagrodzenie chorobowe, dodatkowe wynagrodzenie roczne, składki na Fundusz Pracy oraz składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne płacone przez pracodawcę, ekwiwalent za urlop, płatny urlop szkoleniowy, ekwiwalent z tytułu wykonywania telepracy z wykorzystaniem sprzętu stanowiącego własność pracownika) pracowników UOKiK zatrudnionych w celu działania na rzecz zapewnienia zgodności z przepisami prawa unijnego projektów pomocy publicznej lub pomocy de minimis, finansowanych ze środków funduszy strukturalnych oraz pracowników odpowiedzialnych za zwalczanie praktyk ograniczających konkurencję w projektach finansowanych ze środków UE, a także dodatki zadaniowe pracowników odpowiedzialnych za obsługę projektu. Łącznie od stycznia do grudnia 2016 r. finansowane będą wynagrodzenia 99 pracowników (co daje w sumie 227,70 etatomiesięcy). Dodatkowo w tym okresie finansowane będą dodatki zadaniowe 2 pracowników realizujących obsługę finansową oraz sprawozdawczość projektu POPT. Podana poniżej lista stanowisk pracy ma charakter indykatywny. (Polish)

The project will finance basic wages, together with eligible elements of remuneration (i.e. traineeship allowance, for service degree, task force, foreign service, rewards, sickness remuneration, additional annual salary, contributions to the Labour Fund and social contributions paid by the employer, the equivalent for the provision of the Union’s financial services for workers’ allowances for leave, paid training leave, equivalent for carrying out teleworking equipment with the use of equipment deriving from employee-owned activities) of the employees of the Office or the Office of the Office. A total of 99 employees will be financed from January to December 2016 (a total of 227,70 etamonths). In addition, during this period the allowances of 2 employees providing financial support and reporting of the POPT project will be financed. The list of jobs listed below is indicative. (English)

Le projet financera le salaire de base ainsi que les éléments éligibles de la rémunération (c’est-à-dire stage, grade, tâche, services étrangers, prix, indemnités de maladie, salaire annuel supplémentaire, cotisations patronales au Fonds du travail et cotisations de sécurité sociale, allocation de vacances, congé de formation payé, équivalent pour le télétravail avec des équipements appartenant à l’employé) des employés de l’UOKiK travaillant à assurer le respect de la législation de l’UE sur les aides d’État ou les projets d’aide de minimis financés par les Fonds structurels et le personnel chargé de lutter contre les pratiques anticoncurrentielles dans les projets financés par des fonds de l’UE, ainsi que des indemnités de tâches pour le personnel chargé de la gestion du projet. Un total de 99 salariés seront financés de janvier à décembre 2016 (soit un total de 227,70 employés à temps plein). En outre, au cours de cette période, les indemnités de tâches de 2 employés assurant des services financiers et l’établissement de rapports sur le projet OPPT seront financées.
