Główny Urząd Statystyczny jest instytucją kluczową odpowiedzialną za działania związane z monitorowaniem polityki spójności w latach 2014-2020. Rola ta, wynikająca z zapisów dokumentów strategicznych, w szczególności KSRR 2010-2020, KPZK 2030 oraz Umowy Partnerstwa, wiąże się z koniecznością zaspokojenia nowych potrzeb informacyjnych, a w rezultacie m.in. rozszerzenia systemu badań statystyki publicznej o nowe tematy i przekroje, opracowania nowych mierników, metod szacowania wybranych kategorii na niższych poziomach agregacji przestrzennej, opracowania danych dla odrębnie delimitowanych obszarów (funkcjonalnych i innych). Zadania te wymagają zaangażowania wysoko wykwalifikowanej kadry specjalistów. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów ludzkich Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego, zaangażowanych w realizację działań związanych z monitorowaniem polityki spójności, poprzez sfinansowanie kosztów zatrudnienia na poziomie 10 etatów w okresie marzec – grudzień 2015 r. The Central Statistical Office is the key institution responsible for the monitoring of cohesion policy for the period 2014-2020. This role, resulting from the provisions of strategic documents, in particular KSRR 2010-2020, NCP 2030 and the Partnership Agreement, entails the need to meet new information needs, as a result, among others, the extension of the system of surveys of public statistics to new topics and cross-sections, development of new meters, methods of estimating selected categories at lower levels of spatial aggregation, development of data for separately delimited areas (functional and other). These tasks require the involvement of highly qualified specialists. The aim of the project is to ensure and maintain at an appropriate level the human resources of the Central Statistical Office involved in the implementation of cohesion policy monitoring activities by financing staff costs of 10 posts between March and December 2015. L’Office central de statistique est l’institution clé chargée du suivi de la politique de cohésion pour la période 2014-2020. Ce rôle, résultant des dispositions des documents stratégiques, en particulier KSRR 2010-2020, KPZK 2030 et l’accord de partenariat, implique la nécessité de répondre aux nouveaux besoins d’information et, par conséquent, d’étendre le système d’enquêtes sur les statistiques officielles à de nouveaux thèmes et sections transversales, d’élaborer de nouvelles métriques, des méthodes d’estimation de catégories sélectionnées à des niveaux inférieurs d’agrégation spatiale, de développer des données pour des zones délimitées séparément (fonctionnelles et autres). Ces tâches nécessitent la participation de professionnels hautement qualifiés. L’objectif du projet est de garantir et de maintenir à un niveau approprié les ressources humaines de l’Office central de statistique participant à la mise en œuvre des activités liées au suivi de la politique de cohésion, en finançant les frais de personnel au niveau de 10 postes entre mars et décembre 2015.
