Celem projektu jest zapewnienie i utrzymanie na odpowiednim poziomie zasobów ludzkich w OPI PIB wykonujących zadania w ramach perspektywy finansowej 2014-2020. W ramach projektu finansowane będą koszty osobowe pracowników zaangażowanych w pełnienie obowiązków Instytucji Wdrażającej Program Operacyjny Inteligentny Rozwój - Działanie 4.2 Rozwój nowoczesnej infrastruktury badawczej sektora nauki. Wyżej wymienione zadania dotyczą przygotowania, wdrażania, monitoringu, kontroli oraz informacji i promocji POIR. Składnikami wynagrodzenia przewidzianymi do finansowania projektu będą: płaca zasadnicza, dodatek stażowy, składniki na ubezpieczenia społeczne płacone przez pracodawcę, składka na Fundusz Pracy, składka na Fundusz Gwarantowanych Świadczeń Pracowniczych, nagrody uznaniowe przewidziane w regulaminie Instytutu, wynagrodzenie chorobowe płacone przez pracodawcę, ekwiwalent za urlop. The aim of the project is to ensure and maintain at an appropriate level the human resources of the PIB OPI performing tasks under the Financial Perspective 2014-2020. The project will finance staff costs involved in the implementation of the Operational Programme Smart Development – Measure 4.2 Development of modern research infrastructure of the science sector. The above-mentioned tasks concern the preparation, implementation, monitoring, control, information and promotion of POIR. The components of remuneration intended to finance the project will be: basic salary, internship allowance, social security components paid by the employer, contribution to the Labour Fund, contribution to the Guaranteed Work Benefits Fund, discretionary prizes provided for in the Institute’s regulations, sick pay paid by the employer, equivalent for leave. L’objectif du projet est de garantir et de maintenir à un niveau approprié les ressources humaines du PRP OPI exécutant des tâches dans le cadre des perspectives financières 2014-2020. Le projet financera les coûts de personnel du personnel participant à l’exécution des tâches de l’institution mettant en œuvre le programme opérationnel de développement intelligent — action 4.2 Développement d’infrastructures de recherche modernes dans le secteur scientifique. Les tâches susmentionnées concernent la préparation, la mise en œuvre, le suivi, le contrôle, l’information et la promotion de l’OPIR. Les composantes de la rémunération prévue pour le financement du projet seront les suivantes: salaire de base, indemnité de stage, prestations de sécurité sociale versées par l’employeur, contribution au Fonds du travail, contribution au Fonds d’avantages sociaux garantis, indemnités discrétionnaires prévues par la réglementation de l’Institut, indemnité de maladie versée par l’employeur, indemnité de vacances.
