„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014” W ramach niniejszego projektu zrealizowana zostanie usługa wspierająca wdrożenie innowacji produktowej i procesowej o charakterze technologicznym w przedsiębiorstwie wnioskodawcy. W wyniku postępowania ofertowego wybrano wykonawcę usługi - instytucję otoczenia biznesu: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o.,która będzie realizowała następujące zadania: 1. Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji 2. Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3. Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji 5. Poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawcą technologii 6. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji; 7. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji 8. Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji; 9. Doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji; 10. Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji 11. Doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, w tym w zakresie ochrony praw własności intelektualnej, badania stanu techniki i czystości patentowej; 12. Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji; W ramach projektu zakupione zostaną również środki trwałe w tym: drukarka 3D, stanowiska projektowo produkcyjne oraz komplementarne oprogramowanie do stanowisk oraz oprogramowanie będące elementem fizycznego produktu jaki zostanie wdrożony do sprzedaży w przedsiębiorstwie w wyniku realizacji projektu. W wyniku projektu wdrożona zostanie innowacja procesowa, produktowa, organizacyjna oraz marketingowa. (Polish)

As a result of the tender procedure, the service provider was chosen – the institution of the business environment: Netrix Group Sp. z o.o., which will carry out the following tasks: 1. Analysis of alternative development pathways through the implementation of innovations 2. Detailing and evaluating the chosen development path related to the implementation of innovation 3. Preparation of a detailed financial model for the innovation being developed or implemented 4. Identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation, modification and optimisation of innovations 5. Searching for and making contact with the technology provider 6. Assist in developing the functional or technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovation; 7. Risk Analysis of Innovation 8. Advice and assistance in designing and carrying out pilot implementation of innovation; 9. Advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation; 10. Monitoring and evaluation of the impact of innovation implementation 11. Advice on intellectual property management, including intellectual property protection, examination of the state of technology and patent purity; 12. Developing a marketing strategy for the product or service subject to innovation; The project will also purchase fixed assets including: 3D printer, manufacturing stations and complementary station software and software as part of the physical product to be implemented in the company as a result of the project. Élaboration ou mise en œuvre d’un modèle financier détaillé pour l’innovation 4. Identification et cartographie des principaux processus opérationnels liés à la mise en œuvre, à la modification et à l’optimisation de l’innovation 5. Recherche et contact avec le fournisseur de technologie 6. Assistance pour l’élaboration de la documentation fonctionnelle ou technique nécessaire à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation; 7. Analyse des risques liés à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation 8. Conseiller et aider à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’innovations pilotes; 9. Conseils, assistance et formation pour la mise en œuvre intégrale des innovations; 10. Suivi et évaluation des effets de la mise en œuvre de l’innovation 11. Fournir des conseils sur la gestion de la propriété intellectuelle, y compris la protection des droits de propriété intellectuelle, l’examen de l’état de la technologie et la pureté des brevets; 12. Élaborer une stratégie de commercialisation pour le produit ou le service qui fait l’objet de l’innovation; Le projet permettra également d’acheter des immobilisations, notamment: Imprimante 3D, postes de travail de production et logiciels complémentaires pour les postes de travail et les logiciels qui font partie du produit physique qui sera mis en œuvre pour la vente dans l’entreprise à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet. À la suite du projet, l’innovation en matière de processus, de produits, d’organisation et de marketing sera mise en œuvre. (French)
