„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014”W ramach przedmiotowego projektu zostaną zrealizowane proinnowacyjne usługi doradcze na rzecz WALDREX sp. z o.o. sp.k. przez akredytowaną Instytucję Otoczenia Biznesu Netrix Group sp. z o.o. wspierające wdrożenie innowacji technologicznych. Zakres usług doradczych obejmował będzie szczegółową analizę innowacyjnych potrzeb biznesowych przedsiębiorstwa w odniesieniu do wdrożenia innowacji oraz proinnowacyjne doradztwo we wdrożeniu. Zakres rzeczowy usług doradczych w postaci odpowiednio dobranych komponentów z jakich skorzysta Wnioskodawca, wynika ze specyfiki inwestycji czyli przygotowania oraz wdrożenia w działalność przedsiębiorstwa nowoczesnej technologii produkcji części do silników lotniczych w postaci zrobotyzowanej i zautomatyzowanej ekologicznej obróbki elektroerozyjnej. Wnioskodawca nie posiada specjalistycznych kompetencji w zakresie systemów automatyki i sterowania urządzeń przemysłowych, zgodnych z koncepcją Industry 4.0, które zapewnią optymalny przebieg procesu produkcyjnego, dlatego niezbędne jest skorzystanie z usług doradczych akredytowanej Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu. W ramach projektu dokonany zostanie również zakup środków trwałych (obrabiarka drutowa elektroerozyjna oraz robot przemysłowy) oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (oprogramowanie do generowania programów obróbczych na obrabiarkę) w ramach inwestycji początkowej związanych bezpośrednio z wdrażanymi innowacjami. ‘Aid programme reference number: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014"Within the framework of this project, pro-innovative advisory services for WALDREX sp. z o.o. will be implemented by the accredited Business Surrounding Institution Netrix Group sp. z o.o. supporting the implementation of technological innovations. The scope of advisory services will include a detailed analysis of the company’s innovative business needs in terms of innovation implementation and pro-innovative implementation advice. The scope of advisory services in the form of appropriately selected components used by the applicant results from the specificity of the investment, i.e. the preparation and implementation of modern technology for the production of aircraft engine parts in the form of robotic and automated green electro-energy machining. The applicant does not have specialist competences in the field of automation and control systems of industrial equipment, in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0, which will ensure optimal process of production, therefore it is necessary to use the advisory services of the accredited Business Surrounding Institution. The project will also purchase fixed assets (electrical wire machine and industrial robot) and intangible assets (software to generate machining programmes for the rake) as part of the initial investment directly related to the innovations implemented. «Reference_aid_programme number: SA.42799(2015/X), purpose_public_aid: Article 28 du règlement (UE) no 651/2014 de la Commission"Dans le cadre de ce projet, des services de conseil pro-innovants pour WALDREX sp. z o.o. sp.k. seront fournis par l’institution environnementale accréditée Netrix Group sp. z o.o. soutenant la mise en œuvre des innovations technologiques. La portée des services de conseil comprendra une analyse détaillée des besoins commerciaux innovants de l’entreprise en ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre des innovations et des conseils pro-innovants en matière de mise en œuvre. Le champ d’application matériel des services de conseil sous la forme de composants correctement sélectionnés par la requérante est dû à la spécificité de l’investissement, c’est-à-dire à la préparation et à la mise en œuvre de technologies modernes pour la production de pièces de moteurs aérodynamiques sous forme de traitement robotisé et automatisé de l’érosion écologique. Le demandeur n’a pas de compétence spécialisée dans le domaine des systèmes d’automatisation et de contrôle des équipements industriels conformément au concept de l’Industrie 4.0, qui assurera la conduite optimale du processus de production, il est donc nécessaire d’utiliser les services de conseil de l’institution accréditée pour l’environnement des entreprises. Le projet permettra également d’acheter des immobilisations (machine à fils électriques et robot industriel) et des immobilisations incorporelles (logiciels pour la production de programmes d’usinage par machine-outil) dans le cadre d’un investissement initial directement lié aux innovations mises en œuvre.
