Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014Powszechność zjawiska niepełnosprawności stawia za zadnie poszukiwanie rozwiązań umożliwiających pomoc w procesie przystosowania jednostek najbardziej dotkniętych ograniczoną sprawnością fizyczną do godnego życia oraz funkcjonowania we współczesnym społeczeństwie. Świadomość ta pobudziła Wnioskodawcę do podjęcia działań mających na celu opracowanie oraz wdrożenie produktu w postaci innowacyjnego rozwiązania sprzętowo-programowego uzupełniającego łóżko medyczne (rehabilitacyjne) w zakresie wspierającym komunikację i monitoring pacjentów leżących. W tym celu w terminie 21-29.09.2017 r. wyłoniony został podmiot – Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie, z którym Wnioskodawca podpisał umowę warunkową na realizację Proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych w zakresie: 1. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacji i optymalizacji, 2. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji; 3. Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii, 4. Opracowanie szczegółowego planu wdrożenia innowacji 5. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji Zaplanowane zadania w zakresie inwestycji początkowej: 1. Zakup niezbędnego oprogramowania w formie licencji wspierającej komunikację i monitoring pacjentów leżących - 1 kpl. 2. Zakup niezbędnego środka trwałego - stanowisko montażowe 1 kpl. Sformułowane rozwiązanie zarówno w postaci innowacyjnego rozwiązania sprzętowo- programowego dostosowanego do zaimplementowania w istniejących łóżkach medycznych jak również kompleksowego produktu w przedmiocie całościowego łóżka rehabilitacyjno– terapeutycznego dedykowane będzie do stosowania zarówno w placówkach opieki długoterminowej, oraz co niezwykle istotne w środowisku domowym. This awareness encouraged the Applicant to take action to develop and implement a product in the form of an innovative hardware and software solution supplementing a medical bed (rehabilitation) in the scope of supporting communication and monitoring of patients lying. To this end, an entity – Higher School of Computer Science and Management in Rzeszów was selected between 21-29.09.2017, with which the applicant signed a conditional agreement for the implementation of pro-innovative advisory services in the field of: 1. Identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation, modification and optimisation of innovations, 2. Assist in developing the functional or technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovation; 3. Development of a marketing strategy for the product or service subject to the implementation of innovative technology, 4. Development of a detailed Innovation Implementation Plan 5. Risk Analysis of Innovative Implementation Planned tasks for initial investment: 1. Purchase of necessary software in the form of a license supporting communication and monitoring of patients lying – 1 kpl. 2. Purchase of the necessary fixed asset – assembly station 1 kpl. The solution formulated in the form of an innovative hardware and software solution adapted to implementation in existing medical beds as well as a comprehensive product on the subject of a comprehensive rehabilitation and therapeutic bed will be dedicated for use in both long-term care facilities, and what is extremely important in the home environment. Cette connaissance a incité la requérante à prendre des mesures pour développer et mettre en œuvre un produit sous la forme d’une solution innovante de programme matériel complémentaire au lit médical (réhabilitation) dans le cadre du soutien à la communication et au suivi des patients couchés. À cette fin, une entité — l’École supérieure d’informatique et de gestion de Rzeszów, avec laquelle la requérante a signé un accord conditionnel pour la mise en œuvre de services de conseil pro-innovants dans le domaine: 1. Identification et cartographie des principaux processus opérationnels liés à la mise en œuvre, à la modification et à l’optimisation des innovations, 2. Assistance pour l’élaboration de la documentation fonctionnelle ou technique nécessaire à la mise en œuvre de l’innovation; 3. Élaboration d’une stratégie de commercialisation pour le produit ou le service soumis à la mise en œuvre de la technologie innovante, 4. Élaboration d’un plan détaillé pour la mise en œuvre de l’innovation 5. Analyse du risque de mise en œuvre de l’innovation Tâches prévues pour l’investissement initial: 1. Achat du logiciel nécessaire sous la forme d’une licence supportant la communication et la surveillance des patients couchés — 1 kpl. 2. Achat de l’immobilisation nécessaire — 1 kpl station de montage. La solution formulée, à la fois sous la forme d’une solution matérielle et logicielle innovante adaptée à la mise en œuvre dans les lits médicaux existants, ainsi que d’un produit complet pour une réhabilitation complète et un lit thérapeutique, sera dédiée à l’utilisation dans les deux établissements de soins de longue durée, et ce qui est extrêmement important dans l’environnement à domicile.
